It’s obvious from the substantial number of sightings that UFO’s really exist. It’s also a logical deduction that aliens are not aggressively hostile – or else we’d all be dead or enslaved already (although maybe we are enslaved & don’t know it?)
How can a government make a “treaty” with a vastly superior species? Whatsoever they want to do, they will do, and we can’t stop them. They may not be aggressive in regard to wiping us out but we are not hostile to monkeys, yet we still do medical experiments on them – because they are a “lower” form of life.
They almost certainly do have underground or undersea bases where they take “animals” – us – to experiment on – maybe to feed on too. I’m speculating they have human helpers to assist them in this – to feed the animals & hose out the cages. As for the genetic hybrid reproduction experiments, it makes no sense to breed with an inferior species – unless they are incredibly old & have lost the ability to reproduce?
Perhaps our bodies are more robust & they intend to transplant their brains into our bodies? They may have already succeeded – how do we know that Obama & Cameron & Putin among others are really 100% human? The thing we have in large quantity compared to the other planets we know about is….. – water.
This may be the foundation of any so-called “treaty” – the government knows they are siphoning off our water & it is being covered up as “global warming”. Of course we are getting hotter – we’re losing our water. In a hundred years the Earth will look like Mars – with a few thousand Elite humans living underground – if you can call it living! Enjoy!!!
