Rhonda & Teens Leave for Portland Again

Reese’s sister and niece and nephew spent the last 5 days and 4 nights hanging out here and mostly just chilling after several months of intense stress during Rhonda’s divorce. None of them wanted to socialize that much, which is understandable. The teens didn’t start really opening up and talking until earlier today before they left.

Rhonda and Cat had a private dinner out, just the 2 of them, and it was a long dinner. They hadn’t really had much of a chance to know one another, since Rhonda usually comes when Cat is working. I’m really glad they got that time, and that things went well.

Yesterday, poor Rhonda had a disappointing day, since none of the houses she went to look at with her daughter was going to work out, and in addition, she didn’t get a nicely paid position not too far away either.

In a card reading I gave for myself, I saw that I was going to be helping Rhonda a lot in MAY. She’s probably going to move here before that, but I apparently won’t be of much use until that month. However, it could be that she gets delayed moving here until May as well. Hard to say…

I’m glad that “Dex” and “Nomi” like it so much up here. Nomi went on a couple of drives with her mother to check out more areas of Kitsap, from Ceder Cove to Ironfleet, and she was enchanted! That will make it much easier for her to make the adjustment. She declared that after this, she doesn’t want to move ever again.
