Get Ready For The Blockbuster War

Does anyone truly know what happened in Syria on August 21? Because if someone, anyone!, knows the truth — and I mean the TRUTH, not the most plausible story — I am personally going to make him or her a statue.

Honestly, I don`t think there is a person in the world who could report the events as they actually happened. Not the victims of the attack, not the survivors, not the field inspectors or the ones who filmed the whole thing… not even the ones who planned or launched the attack.

If the initiators, whoever they may be, were going for a “can`t beat them, confuse them” kind of strategy… Well done! You have reached your goals. No one understands a thing anymore. I, for one, am only sure about one thing: you cannot believe anything the media tells you. And I include any sort of media here.

The big boys, such as CNN, BBC & co. are world-wide information providers. And whoever`s got the info has the power, right? Every other publication — online or offline, mainstream or niche, corrupted or truth-seeker — they all base their articles on second-hand information. Things they read or watch in the media.

I do the same. I can`t go to Syria and infiltrate myself among the rebels, and then among the government employees, to try to find out the truth behind the (alleged) chemical attack. If I could, I would, because I`m starving for a red thread in this story and there`s no way I can get to one. And I`m dying to know who`s lying here and, most importantly, why.

There are four conspiracy theories here:

#1. The Assad government planned the attack against rebels

This one has been supported by all mainstream media, hence it`s the most popular of the four. It`s also the easiest to believe. Who else to attack rebels with chemical weapons but the Syrian government? After all, they did threaten to do so, even if Obama warned them of the terrible consequences this action would have. The red line. The start of a war.

But here`s the thing: the mainstream media LIES. And if you`re thinking of some edited footage and some cropped statements… well, you`re not thinking big enough. I`m talking about entire riot scenes staged in Syria like a movie set.

I was shocked when I saw to what extent media trusts go to manipulate public opinion. This is way beyond my wildest imagination… So here I am, asking you: how can we be sure the chemical attack was not staged, as well? Footage? Foreign media? “Witnesses”? Field inspectors?

I don`t want to become paranoid. I`m actually trying to stay as rational and as far away from the classic tin foil hat as possible. But when you see something like this, it`s hard not to believe the sketchy conspiracy theories more than the “plausible story”.

So here come the conspiracy stories:

#2: The rebels launched the attack and blamed the Syrian government

Here`s an excerpt from an article posted on Reuters on August 21:

“Foreign Ministry Spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said that its sources in Syria said that a homemade rocket carrying unidentified chemical substances had been launched from an area controlled by the opposition.”

Russia may not be the most credible source of information. They may blame the rebels in the same way as the U.S. blames the Syrian government. But there is one argument that makes this theory more likely:

“This is supported by the fact that the criminal act was committed near Damascus at the very moment when a mission of U.N. experts had successfully started their work of investigating allegations of the possible use of chemical weapons there”.

What would the Syrian government have to gain if they launched this attack at that very moment? Now think of what the rebels could gain if they launched such an attack and then blamed Assad. It makes you wonder, doesn`t it?

#3: The U.S. planned the event so they can start a war against Syria

I`ve been hearing this theory over and over again on forums. The U.S. worked with the so-called “rebels” and staged the whole thing, just to have a reason to invade Syria. And this theory is not a new one. It`s been going around since the beginning of the year and not by average Joes such as myself, who like to read and comment on forums… It was actually broadcast on  the largest website in the United States: Yahoo News.

“A new report, that contains an email exchange between two senior officials at British-based contractor Britam Defence, showed a scheme ‘approved by Washington’.”

“The Obama administration gave green signal to a chemical weapons attack plan in Syria that could be blamed on President Bashar al Assad’s regime and in turn, spur international military action in the devastated country,leaked documents have shown”.

Could the chemical attack on August 21 be the one allegedly planned since January? Did they wait for the public to forget about these leaked documents and then launched it seven months later?

#4: There was no chemical attack at all, it was all a “media blockbuster” staged by the U.S.

I have no idea what to believe about this theory. I`ve seen footage of young children spasming, foam coming out of their mouths… It`s hard to believe all those kids were acting. On the other hand, there are a few questions that make you take this story into consideration:

1. Where were all those children`s parents? There were hundreds of dead or dying children, but no parents around. Not even their moms. Were they transported to a different hospital? To different rooms?

2. Why weren`t the people filming the victims wearing protective gear? If sarin gas was, indeed, used in the chemical attack, no one would have survived without protective gear. But there`s tons of footage on the Internet filmed by people with no such protection. How did they survive?

3. Was there indeed sarin gas, like the UN experts claimed? Some doctors watching footage of dying victims said it couldn`t have been sarin gas that caused the spasming and the white foam. According to some specialists, the foam should`ve been yellow and more dense, not pure and white.

I, for one, have no idea what to believe anymore. Every one of these theories has its strong points and its flaws. And the more I read, the more confused I get. Which leads me to one conclusion: whoever`s behind this is more powerful and more determined than we could possibly imagine. And the most likely scenario is that they`re going to get exactly what they want, no matter the cost.
