Federal Judge Rules Millions of AR-15 Rifles Not Covered by Second Amendment

Manasquan, NJ --(Ammoland.com)- U.S. Federal Judge Catherine C. Blake has released a lengthy opinion (see below) which essentially says guns regulated by Maryland last year, including the AR-15 and the AK-style rifle-along with other magazine fed, semi-automatics fall outside Second Amendment protections, calling them “dangerous and unusual arms”.
The opinion comes in a case brought by the Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore, Maryland Licensed Firearms Dealers Association, Maryland State Rifle and Pistol Association and the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) brought challenging the constitutionality of Maryland’s new law.
Among her arguments, Judge Blake wrote that “the court was not persuaded that assault weapons are commonly possessed based on the absolute number of those weapons owned by the public.”
“Blake went on to write that, even accepting the 8.2 million “assault weapons” in civilian hands, they represented no more than three percent of the current civilian gun stock with ownership “highly concentrated” into less than one-percent of the U.S. population.”

The judge committed treason against the constitution. As a judge you would think she understands the meaning of the word ” Shall”
Some people don’t understand anything except capitol punishment at the end of their treason trials.

Or the phrase “Shall not be infringed”
Any rule, regulation, law or judgement that violates The Constitution is suppose to be illegal and unenforceable.
What do you expect the Federal government to do, they want control of everything, something that was never written into the Constitution.
The Federal government was originally designed to be a helper to help sovereign states manage their states easier, not an overreaching monster that demands its our way or the highway.
Amerika lost sovereignty when it allowed the Federal government to usurp sovereign states rights and make policy, rather than helping sovereign states manage theirs. Most Federal judges and their courts should be removed. Those courts are not needed in a sovereign America, but in an Federalized Amerika, sovereign state courts and sovereign state rights are not needed.
Think for yourselves for a change Amerika.
Her ruling conflicts with the constitution and is therefor null and void and she needs to be tried and when convicted of treason, pay the price.
The gay population is only 1.6% of the populace according to the most recent study, so using this judge’s “logic” we should be able to ban gay marriage and treat them as complete outcasts since they are such an uber minority. Gays don’t have their rights explicitly listed in the Constitution like gun owners do.
Taking them away would prove hard to do. This judge is an idiot.

This ruling is in direct contrast to previous Supreme Court rulings, like “Miller” and “Heller”. An activist lefty district court judge….. and stupid!

What did the framers of the Constitution? Originally, they wanted to provide a religious exemption to the amendment. Why would there be a need for an exemption?
