Borax: My remarkable 1st time with Boron supplementation
Two weeks ago I read a popular article at beforeitsnews.com regarding Borax (particularly 20 Mule Team) which highlighted how essential the mineral Boron is to all of the life processes in the body although very miniscule amounts are needed.
Eighteen years ago when I choose a blood-type diet and 5 years ago when I choose a gluten-free diet with remarkable results — which I shared with anyone who would listen — the very one thing that was NOT resolved by either was my persistent insomnia…which has remained a stubborn challenge…until last night. I fell asleep almost immediately upon lying down and awoke this morning shocked to discover that I had slept without waking for ANY reason for 7 straight hours: no bathroom break, no leg/knee pain after 8 hours on my feet, no heat nor cold adjustment, no coughing, no thirst, no break between dreaming etc. AND even more remarkable (for me) is that I had no desire to ‘sleep in’ even though it was 8am…plus no morning mucus congestion to cough up upon rising.

Yesterday Afternoon I finally sprung for the $6 box of Borax, dissolved one eighth teaspoon of the completely natural mineral salt in half cup of filtered water and took only 3 sips [it has an odd but not offensive flavor]…and THAT’S IT!
I never imagined that I was deficient in any minerals since I consume black strap molasses and natural sea salt daily and meat, nuts, greens and red wine regularly. Boron deficient soils worldwide apparently can defeat even the most earnest consumer of a wide variety of the Earth’s bounty.
SERIOUSLY, You cannot afford NOT to try this super cheap, all natural extra addition to your diet…remember that at one time medieval Europe went crazy for lack of sodium chloride [table salt]…perhaps we need another salt, albeit in tiny proportions, for optimal health.
Can’t believe I balked at the first opportunity to purchase Borax because it was 6 bucks…and that was too much to spend for a laundry additive if I ended up just using it for that purpose!!!
