Thank you Anonymous, I couldnt quite believe what you were saying about Roundup as that is what we use as weedkiller. Then I read this article saying how drenching fields in Roundup before harvest makes the wheat swell. This is monstrous

I developed lots of digestion problems 5 to ten years ago, was diagnosed with “glucose intolerance”, eliminated wheat products and got rid of the problems. But later I found that I could eat non-U.S. wheat without any problem, so I now believe that this is really a Roundup intolerance problem as well.
Anyhow you can substitute the yeast and water with beer and produce a delicious bread as well. Flour, a little salt, and a bottle of beer will make basic bread in fact.
Also naturally sweet Essene bread can be made simply from ground 3-day wheat sprouts, and baked at low heat, like in the sun on a hot desert floor. Delicious, but now days be sure to not use wheat from the U.S. That “ancient” wheat mentioned here, like they grow in Europe, should be what one looks for.
