We need to rethink how we prepare for retirement moving forward. Instead of saving enough dollars, we need to take steps towards self sufficiency. So that when we retire, we can be sure we have what we need to live the rest of our lives!

This past year I have upgraded my solar, bought more boots, expanded the garden, doubled my flock of chickens, got rabbits set up, and a multitude of other things. I am spending money on useful things as fast as I can get my hands on it.
