2022 Word of the Year

Do you pick a focus word every year?

I have been thinking a lot about this and have finally settled on mine.

CONNECTION

I’m feeling excited about this word because it has so many applications for both my personal life and my business life. I am going to focus on building deeper connections with my husband, kids, and friends by scheduling time for dates and “play dates” because we all know it’s easy to get busy with life stuff and not make that a priority.

For my business/blog I want to focus on building deeper connections with all of YOU, my blog readers, email subscribers, customers, and social media friends. I love this facebook group but it’s hard to have a personal connection as it’s getting bigger and bigger so I wanted to invite you all over to my Instagram account.

This is a place where I can share a behind the scenes look at my life, little snippets of preparedness advice, live updates while I cook for my family, and much more. I hope you’ll join me over there as I have lots of fun planned for the new year. I’ll definitely keep this group going and share the most important things here but wanted to have another place to make even more connections.
