To help institute this global plan, they will use pandemics, national security excuses, terrorism labels, all to institute involuntary confinement, curfews, and quarantines, There will be food shortages from the climate chaos but that will be made worse by restriction of fertilizer, quarantining of farms, poor climate counseling by the national weather service and NOAA. Claiming animal pandemics to cull livestock.
