Nevada Primary:Harry Reid Allies Predict Sharron Angle Victory

The polling firm Research 2000 recently reported that Sharon Angle was the leading the GOP primary pack for US Senate. Results of this poll were quite similar to that of the Suffolk University Political Research Center Poll released on Thursday. Just as in Kentucky the Tea Party favored candidate is directly pitted against a Republican establishment candidate. Though the polls are currently favoring an Angle victory there is another clue to her winning odds-the mainstream media.

Just a few days out from the primary the Mainstream Media is focusing negatively on Sharon Angle. They have already begun to paint her as an extremist and are saying how good her victory is for Reid. Should you doubt there is a lot of spinning please review recent media coverage. Sharon Angle is now under attack from the liberal Bloggers and Mainstream Media. A quick review of recent stories shows negative attacks on Angle from Nevada TV station 4 (NBC), The Las Vegas Review Journal and a cleverly done more subtle attack from The Atlantic (magazine). Of course never forget The Daily Kos and Huffington Post. All this is happening while the media issues fawning puff pieces on Harry Reid. Some reports even coupling negative Angle coverage with Reid’s Michelle Obama Nevada speaking endorsement!

All of these attacks prove one thing-that the Democrats and their flunky Mainstream Media

lackeys see an Angle win and fear a Tea Party opponent. Right now Angle is in the middle of a nasty 3 way GOP primary and her numbers are improving despite withering negative TV attacks by Sue Lowden AND the mainstream media. This is a stunning development that no one will mention. That the Tea Party candidate takes on the GOP establishment AND the Mainstream media but continues to have momentum. This has got to be silently sending shockwaves through campaign officials for Reid.

Angle is the perfect candidate for US Senate in a Western state during the era of Obama.

She favors low-taxes, small government and is the ultimate outsider. Though Reid benefits

from media support and no primary opposition part of that dynamic is about to change. We should see improvement

in Angles polling numbers against Reid this summer when she squares off one-on-one against the DC Liberal. So add Sue Lowden to the Tea Party trophy wall along with Charlie Crist and Trey Grayson. Reid and the Washington insider crowd have already shown you who they fear the most.
