Judges Defense of Governmental Immunity Leaves Patriots in Peril

Western Washtenaw Tea Party met on Monday August 20, 2012 at the Creekside Grill off Jackson Road near Zeeb.   Distinguished court of appeals justice Jane Markey, and candidate for Washtenaw County circuit court judge – Jim Fink were both attending.  Markey was critical of the so-called “conservative” US Supreme Court justice Briar – essentially – for having upheld Obamacare.   But controversy erupted when Jane Markey concluded her opening statement because your humble Tea Party Patriot – Joe Baublis – evoked the audience to conclude by unanimous consent that the government is responsible for depriving the People of their rights, and that includes the judiciary within which Justice Jane Markey serves.   Baublis concluded that what the People need is the ability to file suit against the government.  It’s certainly not fair – nor safe – for the government to be able to prosecute the People while simultaneously being immune from from prosecution by the People.  

Luckily, Justice Markey did not raise the hogwash issue that the government is the people, by the people, and for the people – because it is NOT.  On the contrary, the government is a syndicate of corruption having progressed into chaos since Marx’s social theory dawned in the United States of America in the late 19th century.

The government is certainly NOT the People.

Markey replied that the government is immune from prosecution as a result of “legislation”.    Regretfully, Jim Fink corroborated Markey’s opinion.  

In opposition to Markey and Fink, I submit the 1st and 2nd amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.   We have the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances, and we have the right to bear arms.

You all know that the government is aware of this, and the Department of Homeland Security has purchased 700 million rounds of 40 caliber hollow-tip armor piercing ammunition.

As such, this forum is set forth as a warning to my fellow patriots.   These judges are here to obtain our support so that they can protect themselves and the government.  They are not here to help us.   We have to help ourselves.   The first step will be for all of us to recognize that numerous aspects of government is freedom’s enemy.
