The UK has the second highest violent crime rate in the EU

Great Brittan banned guns fifty years ago. From that “noble” idea, anyone “rational thinking person” would think that they would be the safest place to live on earth.They would think wrong.

• The UK second highest overall crime rate in the European Union.
• The UK has the fifth highest robbery rate ‘
• The UK has the forth highest burglary rate
• The EU named Brittan the most violent country in the EU.
• In the UK, they have 2,034 violent crimes per 100,000 people.

By comparison,

• The US is number #1 in gun ownership in the world but ranks 28th in the world in gun homicide.
• The US has a violent crime rate of 466 crimes per 100,000 people,
• US homicide rate is 2.8 per hundred thousand.

I wonder how that rate will drop when Illinois has concealed carry laws in place and law biding citizens can defend themselves.
