The US Constitution does NOT grant a Right to Water, but the 2nd Amendment DOES guarantee me the Right to Weapons… So I suppose the UN and the Leftist Liberal morons would agree that Glock should be forced to give us all FREE GUNS AND AMMO?!?!? The CONSTITUTION does NOT afford anyone the RIGHT to others’ Product/Services/Labor, those notions are found in the COMMUNIST MANIFESTO! The Democrats’ notion of Forced Servitude ended long ago! The Constitution DOES grant me the Right to FREE SPEECH (1st Amendment) but does NOT mean that I can force a Newspaper to offer Product/Services/Labor to bring my speech to others. I have a, 2nd Amendment, Right to Weapons, but it does NOT afford me to demand Glock provide me with a Gun and Ammo! Want to exercise your pseudo-Right to Water — DIG A WELL or go scoop it from the Detroit River (again, you do NOT have a Right to enslave/force others to Clean or Deliver the Water for/to you)!!

Certainly NOT ALL are Deadbeats… comprehend hyperbole? But they ALL had ample opportunity to apply for assistance and/or Payment arrangements/plans!
