As for McConnell saying he’ll block appointment until next POTUS… Believe it when we see it…. Usual RINO pattern: Begin with Tough talk, then start laying out the excuses, then cave!! Lindsey Graham is already paving the way for a sell-out saying that if Obama were to name a “Moderate” they would approve – even if Obama cloned Justice Kennedy – the court balance is gone/changed for Decades! PERIOD!

Obama will now get to tip the SCOTUS to full-on Liberal Activism… Many are already arguing that the appointment should not be made until the next POTUS takes office…. This would be an easy argument to make if it were November 30 and in the Lame Duck session of a Presidency… It is February…. Sorry, they (anyone, especially RINOs) are NOT likely to (nor is it reasonable to think people could) delay any nomination of a sitting President of/for a Vacancy that takes place in Feb! That is just the reality, as much as we don’t like it… Our only hope is that Ginsberg is dumb enough to wait to retire until after the Election (and a Republican Wins) and the argument is more valid to wait for the next POTUS and would be able to tip the court back! We would equally be livid if Democrats tried to block a nomination of a GOP President under these exact same conditions! Again, it is the REALITY of the situation!

Any bets on that Obama goes out of his way to find a Liberal BLACK or Lesbian Justice (for the obvious Race-baiting and/or other pandering of/for Democrats in this Election) and dare the USSenate GOP to block them…. As I’ve been saying in so many Posts where people keep saying “Only my candidate can beat Hillary” that things can change before November which makes current head-to-head Polls and Election Models MOOT…. This has now, as I predicted, greatly changed, and become one of the major issues of this Election…. We all know far too well the propensity of RINOs in USSenate to cave…. If they do, again, on this, they may well be pissing away November with it – as so many more pissed off Republicans/Conservatives may sit out.
