Trump lies again on "Fox News Sunday" program, Wallace unprepared to make a follow-up...
#LyinTrump at it again… This time on #FoxNewsSunday (3/13) regarding #TrumpUniversity…
I covered it the night of the last FOX #GOPDebate when he tried to pull this, and it appears we need to cover it again…
Trump has endlessly boasted about his use within the Law to be a sucessful Businessman (including H1B Visas, Bankruptcy, Licensing, Tax Dodges, Eminent Domain, etc) to game the system and enrich himself while srewing over others. He has again used the Legal System to try and DUPE people. Here’s how….
FACT: Trump University has, and will continue to have, a D- BBB rating. PERIOD!
FACT: Trump upon being Sued changed the “Legal Operating Name” of “Trump University” to a new “Trump Initiative” with which he applied to the BBB and using lauding comments (from those not yet realizing they’d been suckered) to garner the NEW ENTITY an A rating that he touts today. Then shut it all down, codifying his “DODGE” A rating, before people caught on to the switch and could complain and destroy that rating!
FACT: IT IS ALL GAMES/SPIN, THIS NEW ENTITY’S “A” RATING IN NO WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM SUPERSEDES OR REPLACES THE “TRUMP UNIVERSITY” LEGAL ENTITY THAT HAS A “D-” RATING AND IS BEING SUED FOR FRAUD!
Trump also boasts how he never settles Lawsuits. He’s got a team of full-time Lawyers and writes-off his Legal costs/expenses and can afford to drag out litigation. He does this purposefully to try and BANKRUPT those suing him, drowning them in continued Legal fees as they/he plays games with the Courts and drags out the process, in order to get them to no longer be able to afford to go on with their Lawsuits and therefore drop them (not because they don’t still have a good case)!!
There is a reason why Trump said: “I love the poorly educated!” Because they can be easily fooled and manipulated!!
