In this episode, I discuss the controversy brewing over the powers of both Congress, and the Vice President, in a disputed election, and the continued efforts by Facebook to interfere in the election.
You will definitely want to watch the first segment, in the first 20 minutes of this episode. It involves the counting of the Electoral College votes on January 6, 2021 at 1:00 PM. Dan uses the article, in his show notes, from The Epoch Times, “Power of Vice President to Count or Reject Electoral Votes Disputed,” to provide the information about what the dispute is. It has to do with the challenges in Congress of which electors are accepted when there is a dispute. Dan then suggests that you make your own decision about which side of the dispute you would side with.
Does the Vice President make the decision, if the House and Senate disagree, or is it up to state legislatures, or their Governors? However, would this not be a great case for the Supreme Court? Do you think that the Supreme Court would actually accept this legal battle to make a decision, for a change? I really don’t know what they will do if it should come up to them.
In the next segment you need to see, is when Dan remarks on the latest Fakebook fact-checking on a post he put on his Facebook page. Hey, guess who’s going to win this round of censorship? I’d put my money on Dan in this one, for the reasons that he gave during this segment. Hint: He doesn’t care!

I’m hoping that 2021 will be a much better year, although, for many of us, 2020 just made us tougher and more able to overcome a crisis, like I did after the Iowa Derecho on August 10, 2020, that knocked out my electricity for nearly two weeks.

I respectfully disagree with You about the Legislature having the sole authority to determine electoral votes.
MY Question to You Dan is this. Do the state legislatures have the authority to re write the US constitution by giving their authority to a governor??? I do not see that anywhere.

Do you really believe this is about an election??? IMost Americans believe this is an overhthow of our government to a one world government that Bush always loved to talk about and the others as well.

We have a supreme Court Justice Roberts who is anti American and has been accused of being with Eipteen. A trader to the US. There is only one clear choice here Dan. The President Trump must implement the Insurrection act and go after and arrest all of the traders and liars. Otherwise , there willl be no justice for the greatest crime in American History. And He must do it soon.
Let me be clearer Dan. We have all been taught that it is the State legislatures who have the SOLE AUTHORITY to determine the Electoral votes for their state.
Where in the constitution does it give them the authority in some states to give that power to the governor?? Where???
This was a lawless and criminal pre planned attack on our Nation and it must be dealt with.
Now we all know why Nancy Pelosi and the others were so cocky! They had SC Justice Roberts and that other trader in their pockets.
We prey Trump will take them out soon. Arrest them and charge them with treason and execute them.
My opinion is that VP Pence has a third and fourth option which has not been discussed. Since VP Pence has an equal number of electors from each of these states, he could refuse to count either from the disputed states and delay his final count to Jan 15th to allow the LEGISLATURES time to convene and to “recertify” their electors. Also, A FOURTH OPTION if he chooses not to extend the count, he could declare a “tie” and refer the decision to the procedure prescribed by the US Constitution ie; CONGRESS must vote to select the President by state voting procedure. BOTH of these solutions are in accordance with the US Constitution. 1. THE VP MAKES THE FINAL COUNT AND 2. THE CONGRESS MAKES THE DECISION UNDER ALTERNATE RULES. No court required. No change to rules other than the VP taking longer to finish his/her count. Why are these options not being discussed?????
There has been ZERO evidence so far proffered by Trump or his lawyers that there was election fraud. That is why he is 1-59 in his hearings, because you have to have actual evidence when you go before the Judge. Not tweets, not BIN articles, not Giulaini running around leaking shit from his brains, but actual evidence. Barr couldn’t find it and if it would have been there, he would have.
