Chauvin Defense Dunking on Prosecution

I know you’re not seeing this in the mainstream media, but that’s because they’re lying. Based on what the Prosecution has presented (the Defense hasn’t even started, yet) no reasonable jury could possibly find Derek Chauvin guilty of anything. I guess I could say they just don’t understand what goes on it a courtroom, but that would make them so unintelligent, they wouldn’t be anywhere near qualified to do the jobs they’re in.

Okay, maybe they are that stupid, but still…

As Tim has been saying, so many of the Prosecution’s key witnesses are saying things that not only raises reasonable doubt that the former Minneapolis Police Officer didn’t intend to harm George Floyd, but in my opinion, has exonerated him. All you hear from the mainstream media, however, is how the Prosecution is scoring point after point, but the Defense is scoring more.

Many people don’t seem to understand that in a court of criminal law, the prosecution must prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. All the defense has to do is raise a reasonable doubt. It’s much easier for the defense to get an acquittal than it is for the prosecution to get a jury to find the defendant guilty. In civil courts, a preponderance of evidence gets the win, but not in criminal court.

Why would the media do this? The only thing I can think of, is that there are better ratings to be made with burning cities behind reporters rather than a calm summer.
