ISIS fanatics called for a ‘lone wolf’ attack on Parliament via secret messaging app Telegram just weeks before Westminster carnage

Just weeks before the rampage in Westminster, the ISIS fanatics had called for a ‘lone wolf‘ attack on Parliament. For their communication, they have been using Telegram encrypted messaging app just weeks before the carnage in Westminster.
The Jihadists used Telegram to for outlining a list of possible victims and ‘perfect targets’ in Britain including politicians, Jewish schools pubs and clubs.
The post was illustrated with a title “Fight Them” and an ISIS terrorist dressed like Jihadi John, a sword in front of Big Ben, as a fireball engulfed the background with tattered Union Flag flying in the wind.
Six weeks after the disturbing call to arms was posted on Telegram, terrorist Khalid Masood launched his horrific attack on Westminster.
During the Telegram app conversations, the fanatics also ordered each other to target public places like football stadiums because they lacked high security.
The methods of attacking the matches included, suggestions that the fans should be targeted at the end of games.
The terrorists wrote: ‘Devices can be left in around the stadium, bars, cars, buses, trains, transportation etc.
‘Attacks can compromise of explosives, gun attacks, knife, martyrdom vests, CHEMICAL and any other.’

This was not the only known case when the secret communications app Telegram was used by fanatics. It was also involved in messaging in July 2016 before the attacks on Nice and Berlin in December last year.
Telegram offers end-to-end encryption and is therefore favoured by terrorists. The encryption is designed to make sure that only senders and recipients can view the content of messages, making it very difficult for law enforcement and intelligence services to open.
It is believed that sick videos of high profile attacks were also posted on Telegram by jihadists to ‘inspire’ each other, including the murder of soldier Lee Rigby in Woolwich and the 7/7 London bombings.

The investigation of the Westminster terrorist attack is not yet completed. The police is currently holding a 58-year old man in custody after having been arrested in Birmingham.
Masood, 52, drove over pedestrians with a rented Hyundai 4×4 on the Westminster Bridge before driving the car into the Carriage Gates of Parliament. This took place at 2:30 PM, March 22.
Excluding the attacker, three people died: Londoner Leslie Rhodes, 75, US tourist Kurt Cochran, 54, and mother-of-two Aysha Frade, 43.
After having been driving into the gates, Masood got out of the car and towards the House of Commons, stabbing PC Keith Palmer to death.
Masood was shot dead moments later by an armed officer.

Telegram cannot be that secure if you know what he said but the chances are he said nothing and you are just making it up as per script so will you be gunning for Tor next or will it be WhatsApp next weeks that is not secure anyway.
If “Telegram” is such good, secure, encrypted communication then how did the contents of the “terrorrists” communications come to be printed here? Methinks not so secure maybe…
