To Joint Chiefs of Staff:

Subject: Grow a Pair and Uphold your Oath of Office!

Please take notice that this letter being sent to you by an individual who is neither a Republican nor a Democrat, but a Constitutionalist! Likewise, I am A Veteran, A Patriot, and a Sovereign as the Founding Fathers of this nation intended All Americans to be; and the purpose for which they constituted “We the People” to be guaranteed a Republican form of Government. I served in the Military Intelligence Arena for 17 years and my specialty was Signal Intelligence.

The Bovine Excrement being pushed by the FBI, Federal Bureau of Investigations and the SPLC, Sothern Poverty Law Center in which they proclaim Sovereigns to be Domestic Terrorists is just that “BOVINE EXCREMENT!”

I cite the statement made by President James K. Polk, the 11^th President of this Nation, when asked about him leaving office at the end of his term; for which he was noted as stating: 

                  “They have been four years of incessant labour and anxiety and of great responsibility.                                            I am heartily rejoiced that my term is so near its close. I will soon                                                                             cease to be a servant and will become a sovereign. As a private citizen I will have no                                               one but myself to serve, and will exercise a part of the sovereign power of my country.                                             I am sure I will be happier in this condition than in the exalted station I now hold.”

 

These organizations proclaiming “We the People” that believe in the United States Constitution and Our God-Given Rights as being Domestic Terrorists exposes the TRUTH that it is these government run institutes and organizations who harass those engaging in their RIGHTS, and refusing to adhere to illegal and unconstitutional statutes/laws derived from legislation who are in truth the real Domestic Terrorists operating on American Soil.

 

This brings us to the current truth of you acting in TREASON against America and proclaiming it to be in that of Protecting and Defending the United States Constitution; THAT IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE!

The very premise of what constitutes a Republican form of Government is that of TRUE REPRESENTATION, of which if individuals are not truly elected by “We the People” but installed after “Dog and Pony Show” elections for which are proven fraudulent then in TRUTH what stands before us is an OLIGARCHY run Corporation (also mind you established through FRAUD) and not the Republican form of Government as so stipulated in Article IV Section IV of the United States Constitution.

As noted, NOWHERE within the United States Constitution does it call for the Military to ensure a smooth transition from a truly elected individual of “We the People” to that of an INSTALLED BOUGHT AND PAID FOR CHINA PUPPET! The TRUTH is that you are engaged in TREASON by knowingly installing an individual for which there is ample evidence WAS NOT ELECTED by “We the People” but is being installed through an act of FRAUD. As this BEJING PUPPET is being installed by select individuals this affirms the TRUTH that what stands before us today is NOT Our Guaranteed Republic but an ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL Corporation being run by an OLIGARCHY!

The action currently taking place is nothing short of a COVERT COUP under the guise of being an election!

As such “We the People” demand you immediately arrest those engaged in this COVERT COUP instead of protecting them!

You have the authority and the Power to seize the Capitol and the State Capitols and of which then also seize the voting equipment and conduct a thorough forensic investigation of the said equipment and ballots which will expose the truth!

If you proclaim that your action is to Uphold and Protect the United States Constitution then you would take this action….. not that of ensuring a transition to those engaged in a Covert Coup against America!

As noted, the media and the big tech are complicit in the overthrowing of this nation…. As such one just has to take notice that they have engaged in the banning of free speech and do so with no repercussions as there has been legislation illegally and unconstitutionally passed to give them protection in their denial of free speech…. THE VERY SAME FREEDOM OF SPEECH as so declared in the First Amendment of the United States Constitution… I suppose when they tell you to round “We the People” up for speaking the truth that you will follow this order blindly as well? How about when they tell you to go door to door and confiscate all guns, that you will follow this order as well in violation of the Second Amendment?

Gentlemen, and I again use that word lightly, It is time for you to RECLAIM YOUR BALLS and stand for “We the People” of America and stop acting as the Cuckold Bitches for whom are doing nothing more than engaging in TREASON against America while fraudulently proclaiming to be Protecting the United States Constitution when your actions dictate that you are acting as nothing more than a Private Military of the Ruling Elitists in direct contradiction to you Oath of Office and the United States Constitution!

Take notice, Joint Chiefs of Staff, that your refusal to uphold your “Oath of Office” is duly noted as an Act of TREASON against AMERICA! Your action to follow any ORDER of Kash Patel, Pentagon Chief of Staff, in that of ensuring a TRANSITION to install the CRIMINAL Joe Biden with known ties to China, to that of President of the United States, through the action of FRAUD is “Aiding and Abetting” TREASON against America!

Your letter to the SERVICE MEMBERS proclaiming “We support and defend the Constitution and it is your “DUTY” to ensure a smooth transition of Power is not only laughable and a slap to every single service member, past and present, but an outright LIE…. NOWHERE within the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights , or the United States Constitution is there any duty to ensure a smooth transition…. HOWEVER, in accordance to the Declaration of Independence it is clarified that the sole purpose of government is the securing of the rights of “We the People” and nothing else!

THE NUREMBURG DEFENSE HOLDS NO WATER!

The PURPOSE of Government is clarified quite succinctly in the Declaration of Independence is for the        SECURING of the RIGHTS of “We the People” and that among those are LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT of HAPPINESS.

In accordance with Article IV Section IV of the United States Constitution clarifies that “We the People” are GUARANTEED a Republican form of Government. As noted a Republican form of Government cannot stand when an election is RIGGED, as this denies any true Representation of “We the People” of America!

Take notice, there is not only ample evidence that the Presidential Election was rigged there is also substantial proof that there was actions in direct contradiction to the United States Constitution and the Constitution of even some of the State Constitutions in regards to what took place during the said election.

As noted, even DNI, Director of National Intelligence has proof of Election Interference by that of Foreign Powers…. Yet you expect we the People to accept a CRIMINAL being installed over us “WITHOUT” our consent or any true vote? NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

It’s time for every single one of you to step up, RECLAIM YOUR BALLS, and act in duty of your Oath of Office! Protect America against ALL ENEMIES… foreign AND DOMESTIC!

DO understand that the service members of the military are to disregard ANY ORDERS that are UNLAWFUL…. That includes defending and enforcing ANY TRANSITION to having a CRIMINAL falsely installed as a President over “We the People”; as this contradicts the very premise as to which constitutes a Republican form of Government.

I myself served in the Military within the Military Intelligence Community for 17 years, and I as a service member would never follow ANY ORDER to protect and install an individual over the People of America for which I knew was done so in FRAUD! Anyone giving me such a TREASONOUS order I would ensure received a bullet to the head, as TREASON AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! 

The action as proclaimed by Kash Patel in installing Joe Biden as a Fraudulent President is TREASON…. Plain and Simple!

It should likewise be noted that the proclaimed breaching of the capitol was a staged event, as even the NPR reported that said breach at 9:33 A.M., hours before it happened. As noted this was the exact time 9:30 A.M. for which an ANTIFA LEADER was subdued by the Trump Supporters when he engaged in trying to break the windows to get into the Capitol.

Answer the following questions:

How did the NPR, national Public Radio know and report this breaching of the Capitol, by use of media, prior to it actually taking place?

Why did the capitol Police let the said Protestors through the gates…. and of which there is an individual in grey pants and gray hoodie, on video, already on the barricaded side prior to them opening the fenced off area?

Why did the Capitol Police open up the doors of the Capitol from within to let the supposed Protestors into the Capitol?

Why did some of the said Capitol Police even stop to take selfies with the supposed Protestors within the Capitol?

Why was there Capitol Police seen with the Protestors during the staged Shooting event within the Capitol who were not arresting them, but then seen given the shooter a thumbs up after the staged shooting had taken place?

Why was there no blood immediately from the proclaimed gunshot wound to the neck of Ms. Babbitt, derived from a Colt 45 as shown in the video of the shooting, but it was only after they repositioned her for a better video presentation that she eventually showed some blood… and even that was limited?

DO YOU REALIZE WHAT A SHOT TO THE NECK LOOKS LIKE?……blood would be spurting out immediately and there would be a big pool of blood… much less the fact that being shot with a 45 at the range shown in the video would have shredded a neck!

Likewise, as noted in the video, none of those individuals around Ms. Babbitt, the victim, are seen as acting scared or even running from the shooter upon Ms. Babbitt being shot.  NOT BELIEVABLE!!!!

We must also note, the video showing the supposed protestor, proclaimed as being rioters, walking through the room with the statutes for which they (not only left the statutes alone… but there was no screaming and they even stayed within the roped off walking area).   YEP, THIS REAKS OF A RIOT ALLRIGHT!!!!!

DO WE SEE VIOLENCE HERE? – I THINK NOT!

Should we also mention the fact that there are even videos showing that the Capitol Police engaged in directing the supposed Protestors within the Capitol to certain areas within the Capitol as well as to that of the staged shooting area/scene!

Why has every Swing State involved in the VOTER FRAUD fought and refused to have a full forensic investigation of the machinery (scanners, tabulators, computers) as well as the software and ballots if there WAS NO FRAUD; for which they and the DEEPSTATE PROPAGANDA NEWS MEDIA have proclaimed over and over again that NO VOTER FRAUD occurred?

Do you dispute that Arturo D’Elia was arrested in Italy; for which he confessed and even wrote a sworn testimony in proclaiming that he was personally involved in the VOTE MANIPULATION of the United States 2020 Presidential Election. As noted, this was a mission utilizing the Vatican’s own Satellite, and the Servers in Germany. This action was coupled by in-state actors who likewise violated State Constitutions, United States Constitution, as well as other actions of VOTER FRAUD in order for the Globalists (New World Order) NATO to take control of America?

Do you dispute that even Ruby Freeman in Georgia posted an Instagram in which she admitted that she saw that Trump had won, but it was her and her daughter who took action to ensure that Trump would lose?

Do you dispute that there are videos showing Ruby Freeman being given access to Voter Ballots with no observers present?

Do you dispute that Ruby Freeman was one of the four individuals that stayed behind and processed ballots that were taken out from underneath tables at the State Farm Arena in Georgia (where they were hidden) and processed these ballots with no observers present; for which also noted is that many of these ballots were scanned at least three times?

Do you dispute that Eric Coomer of the Dominion Voting Systems was caught engaging with ANTIFA for which he proclaimed he had taken action to ensure that Trump would not win the election?

Do you dispute that Joe Biden himself commented or rather bragged about having “the most extensive and inclusive VOTER FRAUD organization” in history.

Do you dispute that not only was there voter fraud in the SIX SWING STATES, but also affirmed in 17 States? Thus, we are talking about ONE-THIRD of all the STATES there is proof of VOTER FRAUD by just that of those using the Dominion Voting Systems?

Do you dispute that every single swing state (OFFICIALS) have engaged in the denial of access to that of a full forensic investigation of the said voting machines, scanners, tabulators, and ballots? Yet, proclaim there was NO VOTER FRAUD despite evidence to the contrary?

Do you dispute that none of these GOVERNEMNT OFFICIALS have been able to provide any proof that disproves the allegations and claims, as well as the evidence, and have even taken actions to suppress access to information in order to protect their fraudulent activity?

DO YOU DISPUTE THAT PROTECTING AND ENSURING A TRANSITION OF PRESIDENTCY TO AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS AND IS NOT ELECTED IN TRUTH BY “WE THE PEOPLE” IS AN ACT OF TREASON AS IT UNDERMINES THE VERY PREMISE AS TO WHAT CONSTITUTES A REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT THAT ARTICLE IV SECTION IV OF THE UNTIED STATES CONSTITUTION STIPULATES IS GUARANTEED TO “WE THE PEOPLE”?

These same individuals and their predecessors have an extensive history in that of violation of Rights through the passage of ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL legislation. They have proclaimed that Article I Section VIII Clause I and the Tenth Amendment bestowed them this Power and or Authority so let me now present the TRUTH as spoken by that of the Founding Fathers: Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and Thomas Jefferson:

To consider the latter phrase not as describing the purpose of the first, but as giving a distinct and independent power to do any act they please which may be good for the Union, would render all the preceding and subsequent enumerations of power completely useless. It would reduce the whole instrument to a single phrase, that of instituting a Congress with power to do whatever would be for the good of the United States; and as they would be the sole judges of the good or evil, it would be also a power to do whatever evil they please…. Certainly no such universal power was meant to be given them. AS NOTED THEY DID INSTALL A FEDERAL EDUCATION SYSTEM DERIVED FROM THE PRUSSIA SYSTEM THAT WAS UTILIZED BY HITLER AS WELL IN THE INDOCTRINATION OF HIS SUBJECTS/CITIZENS!

“With respect to the words general welfare, I have always regarded them as qualified by the detail of powers connected with them. To take them in a literal and unlimited sense would be a metamorphosis of the Constitution into a character which there is a host of proofs was not contemplated by its creator.”

“This specification of particulars [the 18 enumerated powers of Article I, Section 8] evidently excludes all pretension to a general legislative authority, because an affirmative grant of special powers would be absurd as well as useless if a general authority was intended.”

And….. to drive the Point home, let us see a quote by Judge Napolitano:

Likewise, as noted the 10^th Amendment does not bestow any Power or Authority over We the People in that of anything referencing Our LIFE, Our LIBERTY, and Our Pursuit of Happiness!

It states, and I quote:

                   “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited                                    by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively,  or to the people.”

As noted, this was to give notice of the STATE SERVANTS that NOT ALL Power and Authority NOT bestowed upon them was to be retained or reserved to the STATES, but that the State SERVANTS were LIMITED to just the Powers that was not RETAINED or RESERVED by “We the People” as so stated in the Declaration of Independence, Bill of RIGHTS (which are not STATES RIGHTS, but are INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS), and the United States Constitution.

As affirmed by the 10^th Amendment the founding fathers went one step further by stating: “OR TO THE PEOPLE” in order to give notice that not all Powers not bestowed upon the Federal government was to be bestowed upon the States, but only that for which did not violate the INDIVIDUAL LIBERTIES AND RIGHTS AS CLARIFIED by that of the Founding Documents.

As the founding fathers understood there would be those within government corrupted by the Power of their Offices; they included Article VI Section II within the United States Constitution:

                 “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in                                             Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the                                               Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and                               the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby,

any Thing in the Constitution or of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”

One must remember that the United States Constitution spelled out most, but not all Rights of “We the People”. As noted, these rights ALL relate back to LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT of HAPPINESS!

Likewise, one must acknowledge that the FIRST TEN AMENDMENTS of the United States Constitution are not about STATE’S RIGHTS but are about INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS!

Thus, in clarity of the Founding Father’s Statements in regard to the TRUTH of the General Welfare Clause, as well as the understanding as to the fact that a Republican form of government is one which secures the RIGHTS of “We the People” as INDIVIDUALS by clarifying that ANY AND ALL LEGISLATION in regards to an individual’s LIFE, LIBERTY, or pursuit of HAPPINESS was to be HANDS-OFF to those proclaiming to be the SERVANTS of “We the People”; to such an extent that they stated any such LEGISLATION be considered NULL N VOID… i.e. Not with Standing in ANY COURT!

However, it is noted that the said CORRUPT POLITICIANS remedied the courts and any judges from ruling in accordance with the United States Constitution by replacing the Common Law Courts (Law of the Land) with that of Corporate Courts, else known as Admiralty Courts or Law of the Sea; and with likewise the installation of the BAR Association and the passing of legislation to ensure that NO ONE is allowed to be represented by no one else in any court.

The members of the BAR Association then infiltrated all three branches of government in direct contradiction as to a government of three equal but separate branches of government.

Does anyone of you Cuckold Bitches dispute that the BAR Association controls 98% of the Judicial Branch of the Corporation, that you call government?

Does anyone of you Cuckold Bitches dispute that the BAR Association controls 62% of the seats in the Senate and 57% of the seats in the House legislatures?

Does anyone of you Cuckold Bitches dispute that the BAR Association controls 78% of the Executive Branch personnel in not only the Capitol, but in the entire American Government inclusive of all the States?

Now I would love it if just one of you feckless pieces of shit could explain to “We the People” how an entity external to the government has been allowed to have control over all three branches of the proclaimed government in contradiction to the United States Constitution for which all of you took an Oath to Defend…..

Do you DISPUTE that the Judicial Committees of the House and the Senate are filled with BAR ASSOCIATION MEMBERS to the extent that they are a controlling majority; and that no legislation in regards to the ILLEGAL MONOPOLY BAR ASSOCIATION is allowed unless approved by them first?

How is one to have a fair, honest and truthful legal proceeding/hearing when the outcome is RIGGED before anyone steps in the doors of these crooked kangaroo courts?

USURPATION OF POWER

1. They have stood silent while Governors have enacted via Fiat Executive Orders proclaiming Power and Authority OVER “We the People” in direct contradiction to Oath of Office and Republican form of Government as so stipulated in Article IV Section IV of the standing United States Constitution.

 

2. They have refused to accept or acknowledge that “We the People” are SOVEREIGN INDIVIDUALS with INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS as so bestowed upon us by God.

 

3. They have declared that “We the People” SOVEREIGN as so stipulated by the Founding Fathers of the Great Nation as being Domestic Terrorists in order to affirm their action of Harassment and Terror against us by that of their Illegal and Unconstitutionally created Government Agencies.

 

4. They have called together legislative bodies at places distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of keeping secret from “We the People” , for which they falsely proclaim to represent, their criminal actions in regards to their legislative actions taken in violation Our Rights as well as their Oath of Office.

 

5. They have instituted Socialist Programs on American soil and have engaged in THEFT through ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL legislation to fund them; which as noted meets the definition of TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION as nowhere within that of either a Republican form of Government nor Article I Section VIII of the United States Constitution.

 

6. They have proclaimed themselves to be the Masters OVER “We the People” instead of being SERVANTS, else known as Representatives of “We the People,” as so affirmed by that of repeated submission and passage of legislation that not only violates Our Rights, but likewise derives them a Profit for their ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUIONALLY created United States Corporation being operated by their Oligarchy form of government, while fraudulently proclaiming it to be a Republican form of Government..

 

7. They have not only allowed for Ninety Plus Percentage of the United States Media to be controlled by Six Families but also passed legislation giving consent that this said media be allowed to engage in LIES to the Public in order to fulfill their agenda of CONTROLLING “We the People”, for which is not in that of securing or upholding the Rights of “We the People” for which is the only PURPOSE of the said created government as so stipulated in the Declaration of Independence of 1776.

 

8. They have constituted an Indoctrination System, proclaiming it to be an Education System, which is controlled by the Federal Government in direct violation of Article I Section VIII which clarifies that the Federal Government has, and had, NO Power or Authority to do so.

 

9. They have passed legislation making it a CRIME for a parent not to consent to having their children attend Public School, for which was established to be used to INDOCTRINATE “We the People” by the ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUIONAL created Federal Education System; else known in truth as FIST, Federal Indoctrination System Training.

 

10. They have engaged in Bio-Warfare against “We the People”.

 

11.
