Interview with the Devil's Advocate

When I noticed that Giovanni Di Stefano was following my work from Before Its News and began to research who he is, I have to admit . . . I got a little nervous.  The Devil’s Advocate is just a dark movie staring Al Pacino as an attorney who is the devil.  But in the real world the Devil’s Advocate is the often controversial International Attorney named above.

I decided to contact my friend Michael Dallen who is also an attorney, writer and the Editor in Chief at First Covenant Foundation to ask him his personal opinions of Di Stefano.  This was Dallen’s reply, “We generally think it’s a good thing to represent people who are so unpopular that no one else will represent them.  Helps keep the system honest.”

Giovanni says that he “defends the indefensible” which is the title of his autobiography, Defending the Indefensible.  Here is one handful of Di Stefano’s better known clients.

Giovanni once said that he would, “defend Adolf Hitler or Satan” adding that, “I’d like to hear his case.  We never actually heard Satan’s side of the story.”  When asked why such a collection of unsavory cliental?  He answered with the silver tongues of Shakespeare’s despised attorneys, “We do not defend Snow White, unless she is with the seven perverts.”

The Dailymail ezine and the British Police have alleged that Di Stefano is “practicing law without a license, theft and money laundering.  Facing 18 charges and a maximum sentence of 75 years in prison.”  Di Stefano says that this is a “political trial” caused by his public statements that, “Tony Blair should be judged for his role in the Iraq war.”

Di Stefano accepted extradition to the UK and has been released without bail pending his scheduled trial on January 14^th, 2013.

Di Stefano states that, “Manson has been made out in America to be the Satan of the criminal justice system. He does not deserve the title.”

In Marlin Marynick’s book Charles Manson NOW when the author asked Manson about the swastika on his fore head Manson explained that the most hated man in the world identifies with the world’s most hated symbol.

During the trial, if I remember my history correctly, the swastika was originally an “X” that Charlie and many of “the Family” members had carved into their shaved heads to represent that they we’re being “X’d” out of society by “the Man”.

Since Giovanni Di Stefano was following my twitter link at https://twitter.com/#!/GraveRobin and Before Its News articles as Justin Case, I decided to ask him for an interview and Mr. Di Stefano accepted.

20 Questions with Giovanni Di Stefano “aka” the Devil’s Advocate:

Q. What did you read of mine that attracted your attention to me?

A. All your stuff is interesting. One of my papers even copied some articles.

Q. Are you a Freemason?

A. No.

Q. Are you a Satanist?

A. No but I do like Dennis Wheatley books and Hammer Horror Films with Christopher Lee.

Q. Do you practice any religion?

A. I am a practicing Catholic.

Q. You disclosed a document linking Oswald to the CIA and the FBI, do you personally believe that those agencies manipulated Oswald directly or indirectly into killing the President Kennedy?

A. Yes and so do you and so do many others.

Q. Do you believe or know if Charles Manson had any affiliations with any secret governmental agencies before the murders?

A. I know he did not.

Q. What is your position on impeached President Nixon’s on going D.E.A. and Drug War?

A. It started a great business now with over 15 million plus employees in the US with its own related service companies, airline, train, transport, food, TV network, radio, newspapers etc: -it’s called prison.

Q. What is your favorite color?

A. Royal Blue

Q. Assuming you get death threats how do you protect yourself and can you tell us about anyone of the more outrageous threats you have received?

A. The only people who could seriously harm me are those that may one day need my services…no threats at all…yet.

Q. Do you have biological children?  Have you raised children?

A. I am proud to have five children and of course I helped raise them together with their mother.

Q. Reports say that you are facing a maximum 75 year prison term.  Can you predict the out come of your own trial on January 14^th, 2013?

A. To put it crudely CRAP don’t listen to the media check out independently the facts first…maximum sentence IF, a big IF, convicted 10 years…the prosecution is wholly politically motivated but we deal with it as any other case.

Q. Who will be your defense counsels at your trail?

A. Jeff Samuels QC, Nathaniel Rudolf of counsel, Gary Bloxhum of Blackfords Solicitors

Q. What is it like to embody the archetype of people’s fears, disgust and hatred?  How do you cope?

A. I will let you know when I am any of those three.

Q. You are quoted as saying you would represent Satan since the bible says nothing in his defense and that you would like to hear his case.  If I can play devil’s advocate in a role reversal for a moment; could Satan possibly repent and receive a pardon from God?

A. Justice is about the 3 Rs…RETRIBUTION, REHABILITATION and REDEMPTION don’t ever let that slip your mind. It takes ALL three and they must never be separated.

Q. When you were asked why you defend the dregs of society, you responded, “Well, we do not defend Snow White.  Snow White has committed no offence, unless she is with the seven perverts and in which case she will need our services.”  Is it not more likely that you would defend the seven perverts and refuse to represent Snow White for fear of her innocence cleaning up some of your tarnished reputation of cliental?

A. I will defend anyone who seeks to be heard and I will even prosecute if necessary…everyone is entitled to a voice.

Q. How is your health?  Reports of surgery; and your gloomy statement after quoting Shakespeare who said, “Drown all the lawyers.” was, “He wasn’t far wrong with that.  He can start with me.”  Do you have a death wish?

A. Shakespeare said KILL ALL THE LAWYERS actually…he hated lawyers it would appear.  I have cancer.  I am dealing with it.  The time of death is decided by the Most High Omnipotent Supreme Judge in Heaven . . . we on earth try and mitigate and prolong life by eating, drinking, breathing, having surgeries performed on our bodies, taking medicine etc . . . but if that Supreme Judge decides that time is up none of those mitigating factors will be of any consequence.

So I am glad when in the morning I wake up and thank that Supreme Justice for permitting my stay longer.

Q. Having being a hated man in common with your clients do you have an affinity for; or a philosophy about the Charles Manson’s image created by the American justice system?

A. I was not aware I was ‘hated’.  It’s a strong emotion.  I don’t possess that, incidentally.  But the opposite to ‘hate’ is ‘love’ and IF some do hate me, some by natural logic must also love me.  In my view I advocate the use of love, understanding, and forgiveness if possible.  I detest wars as I have been involved in too many.  Charles Manson is the figure that is used as an example in the US to try and keep people in check.  It has not worked and it will never work.

Q. The Holy Bible states that man can not be saved by the law and that all the laws have been rescinded and appealed by Jesus.  Do you believe that the world could ever be orderly without the law?

A. We started in this world with ONE law “don’t eat the apple” and 50% of the population broke that law.  Then Moses brought down 10 laws.  Those were also broken.  Along came Jesus and repealed the 10 laws that Moses brought and again imposed only ONE law:  Love one another.  If you love one another then you wont lie, cheat, steal, murder, etc.

Two thousand years plus in the UK alone regarding financial obligations, tax, revenue there are over 500,000 laws and bylaws, associated laws, cases, precedents, decisions…..you see how stupid we have become?

In 1963 I used to eat a chocolate bar called KIT KAT.  I still do today.  What’s the difference?  The outer wrapping tells me now “open here” . . . have we become so brain dead stupid that we need to be told how to open a chocolate bar???

Q. Drugs.  In your own words, are they a criminal problem or a mental health problem?

A. The US/UK/EU needs drug laws to maintain employment within the justice system. It is the biggest provider of jobs. To think that Sherlock Holmes openly took drugs….

Q. You have been quoted accusing the UK/US occupations of Afghanistan for the productivity of the heroin trade.  Would you tell us some verifiable facts on your stance concerning the same?

A. That article I think my paper took from you but in short it was known that for example I have the honour to have represented Mullah M Omar the Commander of the Faithfull and spiritual leader of the Taliban.  They BANNED drugs.  But the moment the US/UK came into Afghanistan and kicked out the Taliban the free flow of drugs from Kabul was more powerful than ever.  Let the people work it out.
