Parents Forced To Watch As Police Murder Their 18 Year Old Son

Murder is the only thing that can describe the standard operating procedure for police these days.

Keith Vidal, an 18 year old with schizophrenia and depression, is laying in the morgue right now from an event that can only be described as a parents worst nightmare.

Keith Vidal, who was apparently “armed” with a small screwdriver was apparently having a schizophrenic episode.  Mark Wilsey, Keith’s father, decided to call the police to help with his son.

What happened next is what nightmares are made of.

An officer from the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office and another from the Boiling Spring Lakes police department, showed up to the house soon after.  Eventually, a third officer from the Southport police department entered the home as well, and ordered the use of tasers to subdue the now unarmed Vidal.  According to Wilsey, Vidal had been tased and was pinned on the ground by two of the officers when a third said, “we don’t have time for this,” and shot Vidal, killing him.

“‘What did you shoot my son for?’”  Wilsey said he asked the officer. “(The officer said,) ”Well, I’m protecting my officers.”

Keith Vidal was 18 years old and weighed a mere 90 pounds, with zero history of violence or run-ins with the law.
