“I DO NOT CONSENT” – Oregon Showdown

Regarding the showdown in Oregon and the militants claiming to be “Citizens for Constitutional Rights” well they sure are going about this the wrong way.  If you truly study “Natural Law”, you will find that all it requires for “WE THE PEOPLE” to put an end to corrupt tyrannical Governments is that we come together as ONE people as simply state…..”I DO NOT CONSENT TO BE GOVERNED” and by their own laws GOVERNANCE is to step down.

But instead “WE THE PEOPLE” always fall for the same old military strategies of these Governments who come in and create scenarios that “DIVIDE THE PEOPLE” so that we may “CONQUER THE LAND & ITS NATURAL RESOURCES.” Hasn’t every single war on this planet been fought in order to conquer lands in order to control its natural resources?  Isnt it by those Governments who control the lands keep people in economic oppression and keep starvation alive in our world today. When do “WE THE PEOPLE” learn the lessons of our ancestors past and learn to live in peace & harmony and choose to let “LOVE PREVAIL INSTEAD?” When do we out of love for the children of this world, want more for their futures than what these greedy Governments allow?

It is our inalienable God given rights that we are all equal & free, but the truth is as it is defined by law that when we allow ourselves to be GOVERNED we give away our “SOVEREIGNTY” to a “SUPERIOR LORDSHIP”. Only then have they used “MISCHIEF IN LAW” to hold our “PUBLIC LANDS” in TRUSTS for the so called “COMMON GOOD OF ALL.”  It is the same mischief in law that was used to place the Native Indians reservation lands into TRUSTS and allowed over 500+ plus treaties to be broken.  It is this same “MISCHIEF IN LAW” which created what is more commonly known as the “MORTGAGE” and this dates back to the Tudor Era when people were trying to avoid a death tax imposed by the King, so they used a loophole and moved their lands into a TRUST.  But it was with corrupt Trustees stealing assets, that the “COMMON LAW COURTS” were created.  Most people don’t realize that with a mortgage you only have use of the land, but will never have clear title to the land.

This is exactly how Governments are able to proclaim “EMINENT DOMAIN” and force their way onto what people think are “PRIVATE LANDS”. As defined by international law, eminent domain allows Government to destroy lands if they so choose and see fit. As defined by law, when you homestead your land under the “HOMESTEAD ACT”, you have now given them control to your air space above the land and below to the very core of Mother Earth. Interestingly enough, this act does not include volatile “NATURAL GAS.” As it is also defined by law, one can never receive a clear title to land as long as a “DEBT INSTRUMENT” such as the U.S. fiat currency, which is not backed by gold or silver is used to pay for any land. This is why historical land grants & patents supersede other forms of land titles.

You may ask, “How do we get ourselves out of this mess?”  Well, it is explained in the Declaration of Independence. . .

            “When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

               We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

Basically it is telling us to stop living like a bunch of monkeys by the laws of the jungle where it is about survival of the fittest.  But rather “WE” become a part of humanity which are of the Natural Laws and get rid of what separates us like the color of our skin, religion, politics, or sexual orientation. And we must come together as ONE people for the COMMON GOOD OF ALL. As a Native Indian of the Blackfoot/ Bidai Tribe, my DNA test shows that I am African, Scottish, Irish, Russian, and etc. Therefore a wheel of life has been created here on earth and we are truly ONE family of humanity. I like to refer to mankind as the “Rainbow Tribe” – people of many colors!

Under the law, the “HIGHEST STANDARD OF CARE” is “FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY” which is placed on all TRUSTEES who manage TRUSTS. Under this standard of care it includes “DUTY OF CARE”, “DUTY OF LOYALTY”, “DUTY OF TRANSPARENCY”, “DUTY OF INTEGRITY” and many others. Our Governance has failed on all levels of these responsibilities.  As “WE THE PEOPLE” we have the power to simply demand full audits of all TRUST accounts, put claims on the TRUSTEES bonds for embezzlement as well as take back control of our lands. As defined by law, Indigenous People are those who have strong historical ties to a territory.  Therefore, does that not include all peoples of the land especially since there are “No True” Native Indians of North America since all native tribes are descendants of the twelve tribes of Israel that migrated through the Siberian Bridge through Alaska?  How did these ancient bloodlines survive; could it be that they knew in order to survive in the wilderness it required “WE” instead of “I”?  And could it be that they knew their children were the most important part of their ancestral future?

But this is where “WE THE PEOPLE” must “ASSUME OUR RESPONSIBILITIES”, for example as parents we would be responsible for our children’s education, taking care of our elders, and etc. I would suggest a “TRIBAL SOCIETY” for the Constitution was taken and mirrored from the Indians.  Just as if you research English Law is too was mirrored and copied of the laws given to the Hebrew tribes, but as the historical creators of International Law which are used in this country today stated , “IT AS IF THERE IS NO CONSCIENCE OR NO GOD.”
