The Time Has Come to Stop Buying into Fear and Free Your Mind

The time has come to stop buying into the fear and take action to free your mind.

I am among those who have given my life and all of my worldly possessions to pursue a study of law in regards to the jurisdictional and territorial planes between the republic and a democracy. 

Through this course of study, I have met thousands of people and have studied under many different teachers who have promoted ideas that appear to be honorable, but lacking the substance which helps people free themselves from the matrix. 

This matrix is not technology as that is only a tool or a means for the agents to achieve an end.

This matrix is a system of law placed in a jurisdiction which is called a legislative democracy where the people grant their voluntary consent to attach themselves to legal entities which are artificial persons or what is known as legal fictions and are corporations that has the same name as ourselves but spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. 

These corporate citizens are also known as federal, subject-class, 14th Amendment “US citizens” and all those who are making declarations or elections agreeing to be these foreign federal corporations called LEGAL FICTIONS (i.e. JOHN DOE), are binding themselves as trustees or sureties or authorized representatives to these commerical LEGAL FICTION accounts.

You will not free yourselves by attaching yourselves to these LEGAL FICTION accounts for they are not you.  You are all living men and women upon the soil or land of the republic with private, god-given, and unalienable Rights.

Please keep in mind that I am not offering legal advice as I only exist on the jurisdictional plane of the republic or the lawful side and I do not recognize any office within that system for every agent and office are part of the UNITED STATES, 28 U.S. Code § 3002 (15 A, B & C); corporation where each state such as STATE OF OREGON and county such as COUNTY OF HARVEY or city such as CITY OF PORTLAND and each agency such as the FBI, IRS, CIA, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT etc., and each office such as SHERIFF, GOVERNOR, POLICE OFFICER, IRS AGENT, FBI AGENT, and so forth are also sub-corporations and franchises of the foreign federal bankrupt UNITED STATES corporation and attached to the 10 square mile territory known as DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. 

With this expresed, the foreign federal corporation know as UNITED STATES operates itself as a LEGISLATIVE DEMOCRACY instead of the republic with each corporate LEGAL FICTION citizen as being federal citizens subject-to that jurisdiction which is then adjudicated in what is known as the laws of the seas or ADMIRALTY-MARITIME laws dealing with equity.

If you want to free yourselves, you must go to peace for war is the enemy’s game and by going into any controversy or dishonorable conduct such as silence, argument, complaints or any type of threats is a traverse right into the hands of their legislative democracy and you will get yourselves slammed!

This is all done by your voluntary consent to contract and attach yourselves to their system so quit complaining that the government does this or that for it is your very participation which has granted them the authority and jurisdiction to rule over you!!!

Since I do not recognize any offices in that insular foreign bankrupted federal system under the UNITED STATES corporation, if you are an AGENT, by contacting me, you agree that you are not representing any ANGENCIES as an agent withn that system. and that by talking with me, you agree you are in your private capacity as living men and women.  

If you are an AGENT, you have not been granted any authority to collect data, interfere, monitor or spy on any communications and those who express their ideas, or add false or misleading information, or interfere with any facet of Before Its News website or any member associated with their website.  More or less, cease and desist in such attempts for I know the contracts involved and I am fully aware of the power of a legal and equitable estoppel which blocks you from any act under color of law or legal presumptions to rule over me.

I am a man of peace and have no desire to be a part of any organization which talks about overthrowing a government or system or act in any dishonorable ways.  I am not anti-government or a patriot or a part of any militias or political or religious organizations. 

I am just a private, peaceful and loving man (not male = denoting the sex of an animal) and I am one of We The People in Posterity to and a beneficiary to the trust/contract known as the Constitution of the United States of America as amended A.D. 1791 and I claim, retain, and invoke all my private, god-given, and unalienable Rights, Powers, Titles, Privileges, Immunities, Claims, and Defenses.  I only submit myself to the authority under creator known as God who is the only true govenrment and law.  

Lastly, I have had enough with this nonsense where the people are being used against one another as all people must understand that the problem we face is due to ignorance, therefore, stop fighting against one another and victimizing each other and yourselves!  Stop placing yourselves into [boxes] and to declare yourself has being part of a specialized social group, racial group, religious group, or political group for these very [boxes] are used to divide people from our true identity and keep them from experiencing the true joy and love that the Creator gave to all of us.  

Run away from anyone who attempts to use any langugage to divide the people such as the BS of [republican vs democrat] or [white vs black] or [woman vs man] or [rich vs poor] or [homsexual vs straight] or whatever distinctions that mean absolutely nothing for we are all here on this planet trying to survive and be happy and healthy and these divisions keep us from true experiencing true joy.

If the people are to be truly free, they must release themselves from the bondage of bias and this leads to conflict and violence. 

Again, Stop victimizing yourselves and others!  

Keep in mind that while we all have our preferences, I have met incredible people from all walks of life and yes, I do not understand some personal choices people make, but none of us are given any authority to be the ultimate judge and executor for that belongs to God only and by taking such law in your own hands, not only do you subvert God’s role and responsiblity, you are in complete dishonor of his word.  If you do not belive in any supreme being, the very republic you should identify with, protects that very right for God has given us all free will, thus this is the reason why no system or govenrment can compel people to abandon their rights and why that very system must get you to volunteer your consent to bind yourselves it it. 

I say this with great love for all and I pray that everyone wakes up and realize that the system is going to squeeze everyone if we do not get a hold of ourselves and standing upon the land of the republic and enforce the trust indenture (duty) where all public servants must protect all people’s private rights!
