Psychosis as Defense... Recent cases in the Courts...

Questions of Psychology and The Law… The Clancy (and other) case(s)…

 

There is at no point a Question of her being NOT GUILTY of Murdering the Kids (She/they admit SHE KILLED THEM, just trying to distort Mens Rea CULPABILITY of actions as knowing intent)…. Despite some Conspiracy Theory that the Husband somehow/someway did it aside (a real stretch, and derangement more-so in those looking to find any way to excuse her and let her off of/from Murder)…. The Question, and I tried asking in a Poll elsewhere (on TruthSocial)…..   

 

Committed to Asylum? Prison? Uncertain?

 

I now have heard enough arguments that I was initially open to and while still can believe She was suffering POST PARTUM PSYCHOSIS… It does seem at least clear to me that the PREMEDITATION of waiting until the Husband was out of the House to act upon the motivation to Murder the Kids (regardless) shows PURPOSEFUL and KNOWING (Mens Rea) aforethought and again premeditation and calculated actions that to my thinking shows enough (knowing it wrong, but proceeding anyway) to Warrant PRISON.

 

DEATH PENALTY? I had someone chime in on my POLL QUESTION saying they didn’t “choose” as DEATH PENALTY was not a listed option. And maybe someone can correct me if I’m wrong, but for whatever reason DEATH PENALTY is not being sought and therefore NOT an option here. Yes? No? Correct me if I’m wrong.

 

So, recap, and bottom line: could still have been suffering psychosis but still KNOW right from wrong and committed Murder – and that, IMO, is the case here, and therefore should be sent to Prison.

 

It can also be true, and I believe it is, that many Medical Professionals FAILED HER during the time She was seeking help. That in itself DOES NOT REMOVE GUILT OF PREMEDITATED MURDER.

Those trying to help GAME THE SYSTEM and SKIRT PUNISHMENT FOR PREMEDITATED MURDER focus solely upon her endless sobbing during the testimony rather than THE EVIDENCE OF THE TESTIMONIES in the Case. Play on EMOTIONAL HYSTERICS to try and make her somehow sympathetic.

There is another case where a Teen (Mozer, not sure of spelling) that stabbed his Girlfriend to Death (spontaneously went into home, got a knife, came back into yard where they were previously talking and just seemingly randomly stabbed her to death) and claims A DEMON made him do it. Whether he knew RIGHT from WRONG at time of Murder becomes more difficult as unlike the Clancy case there was no manipulation of the scene prior to setup the Murder opportunity – at least we know of yet. His Defense is going to be, more or less, TEMPORARY INSANITY. And these are not the only two cases of late to be pleading such to avoid Punishment (imprisonment) and instead plea for an Asylum stay.
