In view of guests’ and employees’ health and needs, Creta Maris Beach Resort was proudly certified, once again, with the ECARF Seal of Quality and the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point)

These two certifications are considered among the most important in the field of catering and leisure, as they prove the proper operation of an accommodation, in terms of hygiene and the provision of a product or service, offering a significant improvement in quality of life for allergic consumers.

Specifically, the ECARF Seal of Quality indicates that Creta Maris Beach Resort has made efforts toward meeting the needs of allergy sufferers in uncomplicated ways. Thus, making a considerably more suitable environment for allergic people, leading to a significant improvement in quality of life for all concerned.

The second certification of Creta Maris Beach Resort concerns HACCP, a systematic preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe, and design measurements to reduce these risks to a safe level. In this manner, the resort, certified by HACCP, is asserted to ensure food safety and quality, especially for the final product, which is offered to its guests and employees.
