Having a medical issue while you are traveling is one of the last things you want to worry about.  Finding the medications and supplies you may need if you get sick or injured while traveling abroad can be a challenge– not to mention pricey, especially if you are on a cruise at the time.  But with a little preparation, you can make a travel first aid kit that will come in very handy if needed.  Save time and money with this list of what to pack in a travel first aid kit.

These items will come in handy in case of any cuts, scrapes, rashes, insect bites, splinters, and other minor abrasions on your trip:

  • Bandages in assorted sizes
  • Gauze

  • Small scissors and tweezers (note: do no pack in carry-on luggage)
  • Medical tape
  • Rubbing alcohol
