Sau đó đem xay nhỏ các hạt này với nhau.

Các gia vị này được trộn vào thùng tương ớt đã được xay nhuyễn và hòa cùng với một chút rượu ngô, một chút nước đun sôi để nguội đã pha muối tạo nên một loại tương ớt thơm ngon. Thời gian ủ tương ớt trong thùng trong vòng khoảng 2 tháng liên tục từ khi chế biến để ớt mới có đủ độ ngấu và hương vị chua chua, dịu dịu, thơm thơm.
