Bill Brady Illinois For Governor Election Results Says His Victory To Lose
Chicago, Il – Bill Brady is very confident he will be the ultimate winner once all the ballots are counted. His opponent, Kirk Dillard, is confident that once the ballots for the Illinois Governor Election Results are finalized he will be victorious.
Each is claiming that talk of a recount is a waste of time because each believes the other will concede. Chicago style politics is a seemingly entertaining way to begin the 2010 mid term elections.
The current margin of victory for Senator Bill Brady is 500 votes over Senator Kirk Dillard.
Bill Brady was questioned on the election results this morning:
“Our strength was, we were running against five or six Chicago guys, (so) we solidified our downstate support,” said Brady. He bristled when asked about Dillard’s prediction that he was unelectable because of his lack of Chicago ties, but declined to “respond to anything that’s not unifying” for the party.
But Brady later quipped, in a short speech to hundreds of Republicans crammed into the venue:“I wish Sen. Dillard would concede right now, but I understand.”
