Pope vs. Obama

Today is the Catholic feast day of St. Francis of Assissi – and the Pope is visiting Assissi today!

Meanwhile, back in Washington, D.C. the US Government is on shutdown. Do the two have anything in common?

You bet they do!!

Here’s the deal…the Pope is heavy into exorcism, i.e. overthrowing the Kindgdom of Satan by bringing in the Kingdom of God. That’s what he’s doing today at Assissi. Probably Francis is going to launch some major rapproachment with Islam. This is in the spirit of St. Francis himself who was the last person to attempt to bridge the Christian-Islam chasm: he promised to jump into a bonfire, and if he was unhurt then the Moslems would have to convert. The Moslem ruler prohibited this on the grounds that he would surely die, and he didn’t want Francis to die….The point of Pope Francis’ rapproachment with Islam is to exacerbate the division within Islam regarding the use of Terror, and to bring Islam closer to being a religion of Peace than it appears now to be. The Terrorist faction(s) of Islam certainly seem to be convivial with the demonic regime than the divine regime.

So, Obama imust certainly try to scoop the Pope out of the news – today. What will he do?

Pope Francis has been making great headway into the liberal media ports, and getting some good press. Obama must hate this, especially since the Pope threw down the gauntlet with his Peace Vigil that exorcised the United States attack on Syria…an attack that was shockingly demonic in its planned ferocity, Obama virtually foaming at the mouth with death fervor.

Could Obama lock down the House of Representatives today?  

That’s what kind of dramatic action would be needed to blow back against Pope Francis’ Assissi Peace Initiative with the Moslems, but will Obama do it?

Obama certainly – in my opinion – has the POWER to lock down Congress, arrest the recalcitrant members of Congress responsible for the government shutdown on charges of Treason, and/or completely BY-PASS Congressional Authority and sign the passage of the Federal Funding Bill, and with it throw out the last legislative hurdle to full implementation of Obama(doesn’t)Care.

How does Obama have the power to lock down the House of Representatives? Because they are shutting down the Government DURING A TIME OF WAR. The “War on Terror” is a real war, at least considered domestically, in a way Viet Nam wasn’t (it was a ‘police action’) and Korea wasn’t (a ‘conflict’). Internationally, the War on Terror may not be an official war, because all other wars were nation vs. nation. But within the USA, the President has expanded powers due to the expanded “War Powers Act” as enhanced by the recently amended version of the Patriot Act.

So, have a nice 3rd day of Government shutdown. Thy Kingdom Come. Hope that nobody else gets blown away to kingdom come at the gates of the Capital, like happened yesterday. Watch for Pope Francis on the regular network and mass media un-news, they seem to like him so far, even though Obama must certainly not. And see how close Obama comes to invoking his virtually unlimited War Powers authority in this nasty budget impasse. Oh my, what fun!
