The Mainstream Is Distracting You From Gun Confiscation

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

While it is always good to keep up with events happening everywhere, there needs to be a point were people actually start worrying about their own country, instead of the soap opera’s happening elsewhere.

Yes, I know, most people are like cats staring at a shiny object when it comes to what the mainstream media dangles in front of their face.  The mainstream has done nothing but talk about Russia, Ukraine and Crimea for some time now.  They are now also throwing in stories about the missing Malaysia flight 370.  Yes, both interesting stories, both are very current events and both have one other thing in common….  Neither one has anything to do with the tyranny that is happening in the United States as we speak.

For instance, Did you know that the ATF just raided Ares Armor?  That’s right!  Even after a restraining order from Ares against the ATF, prohibiting them from coming on the property, the ATF raided the store anyway.  Why did the ATF do this?  They say it is because of popular 80% AR15 lower receivers that Ares sells.  They are called 80% lowers because they are only 80% complete and still need some drilling and milling done and then more parts added in order to make them a functioning lower receiver.  In fact, the ATF themselves do not even consider 80% lowers “a firearm.”  So why raid Ares?

Before the raid, the ATF demanded the release of all of Ares 80% lowers and their customer list.  When Ares did not comply but instead filed a restraining order, the ATF broke in to and raided Ares.  People who understand the governments “we’ll do what we want, when we want” attitude are not surprised by this, but suspiciously enough, once the ATF gained entrance in to the building, they were not interested in the 80% lowers at all.  The only thing the ATF wanted was the customer list.

So why just the customer lists?

Since the 80% lowers do not have serial numbers on them, because they are not considered firearms, they do not get registered.  Without a gun being registered, the government doesn’t know who has them and without knowing who has them, they won’t know who to confiscate them from.  I think you can see where this is going.

In other current but quiet news, there is still tension in the state of Connecticut.  As I have reported to you in the past, there was gun registration legislation passed in Connecticut, but the vast majority of the state’s gun owners did not comply.  This has left the state in quite the predicament.

Other than Branford, Connecticut Police Officer, Joseph Peterson openly threatening people online, there hasn’t been much word out of Connecticut as to what their plans are to crush freedom in the state.

Peterson has been placed on leave while an “investigation” happens.  Peterson was caught on his Facebook page openly threatening gun confiscation and further degrading and threatening anyone who didn’t comply with the registration.

Peterson can be seen saying that “he would give his left *** to bang down doors” and then calling anyone who loves freedom “criminals.”

This has become a very tense situation in Connecticut.  Many people across the United States have come forward in support of the great patriots who did not comply with the gun registration.  There is also a large event scheduled for April 5th at the Connecticut State Capitol.  The event, CT Citizens Defense League – 2A Civil Rights Rally, is set to be an open carry event in protest of the sweeping legislation that turned hundreds of thousands of Connecticut gun owners in to felons with just the swipe of a pen.

In further attacks against freedom and the right to bear arms in the U.S., the state of New Jersey is attempting to pass a magazine ban.  In NJ it is already illegal to possess a standard capacity 30 round magazine.  Unlawful possession of said magazine is punishable with 10 years in prison.  That’s right, the possession of a hollow plastic tube with a spring in it carries a more strict punishment than many rapists have ever received.
