1. Police brutality has become an epidemic.

2. Prosecutors routinely prosecute innocent people to hide police crimes.

3. Police are stealing peoples’ money when there is no connection to drugs using seizure laws that make a person getting his or her money back almost impossible.

4. Prisons have become a private for-profit enterprise that allows its owners to pile on time for small infractions to maximize profits.

5. Prisons are now allowed to profit from the labor of prisoners making them 21^st century slaves.

6. Police kill over infractions that warrant little more than a small fine.

7. Judges ignore the U.S. Constitution in their rulings and retaliate against defendants to exercise their rights to a jury trial.

8.Police are routinely caught lying in testimony and are never prosecuted for their lies.

9. Prosecutors regularly hide evidence and pile on false charges to coerce a plea agreement.

10. The U.S. Court system has reinstated de facto debtor prisons against people unable to pay their bills.

11. Politicians refuse to draft laws that protect Americans civil liberties.

12. Americans are illegally spied on with the government recording their email, text messages and phone calls.

13. Congress has surrendered its authority to wage war thereby allowing the President to act in the interests of corporations and those who stand to profit from the military-industrial complex, namely everyone in Congress.

14. The FBI has tortured and murdered prisoners, destroyed evidence, used threats to witness tamper and then had the Justice Department obstruct justice to hide its crimes.

15. U.S. law allows its politicians to legally inside trade on stock information and creates a conflict of interest whereby politicians vote to maximize their profits by voting for war or by short selling stock on businesses that are denied government contracts.

16. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that corporations are people.

17. Our CIA assisted in the assassination of President Kennedy and was allowed to hide its crimes in front of the entire nation and world.

18. Drugs that do little of no harm draw sentences that span decades.

19. Police commit object rape by forcibly catheterizing innocent victims and then are protected by courts.

20. Police and prosecutors laugh at and tolerate rape and torture in prisons.

21. Republicans lie the nation into war and allow the military to engage in and support ethnic cleansing and genocide.

22. Democrats lie the nation into war and allow the military to engage in and support ethnic cleansing and genocide.

23. Peaceful protest has become a criminal act allowing police to falsely arrest and charge innocent Americans.

24. Prosecutors will oppose the overturning of rape convictions even when DNA evidence conclusively proves innocence.

25. Police brutalize Americans and then constantly “lose” evidence and destroy video recordings.

26. Militarized police now gas, beat, and torture peaceful protesters on a regular basis.

27.Police arrest citizens for satirizing their abuse and false arrests.

28. The government cannot pay its bills or the pensions of those who have retired.

29. The government allowed bankers to steal trillions of dollars from Americans as it overlooked the fraud and theft of bankers who purposely kept engaging in fraud because it knew it would be bailed out and protected from civil and criminal liability. The banks were not only designated as to big to fail, but also as being too big to jail.

30. The U.S. Government forces Americans to pay for 1000 military bases in 120 different countries.

31. Americans are forced to pay for the TSA which has not caught a single terrorist.

32. TSA uses scanners that cause cancer as it stores peoples’ photos so that DHS personnel can look at revealing images in private showings.

33. Hundreds of TSA workers have been arrested for stealing passengers’ property.

34. Senior NSA personnel are allowed to lie to Congress about the crimes they are committing against the American people.

35. People who report government crimes are imprisoned for decades as Obama imprisons more whistleblowers than all presidents combined.

36. People who commit torture are allowed to destroy evidence and walk free.

37. The U.S. media is completely controlled by the CIA at a level that most people could not conceive of or believe.

38. Network news is little more than a sophisticated propaganda campaign and disinformation operation directed against the American people by the NSA.

39. Americans are forced to pay for a military that costs more than the military spending of the next 15 largest countries combined.

40. American are forced to pay for a new intelligence state apparatus that has not caught a single terrorist while handing out 850,000 Top Secret security clearances.

41. The American people were forced to pay tens of billions of dollars to contractors to train the Iraqi Army which crumbled and fled after facing a force 1/10 its size.

42. Bush and Obama allowed the CIA to torture innocents sold into bondage by Iraqi criminals and then refused to release them after they were even cleared by the U.S. kangaroo courts known as Military Tribunals established in Guantanamo Bay.

43. The U.S. government used the telecom industry to illegally violate Americans’ civil liberties and then granted them immunity from prosecution and civil suit.

44. TSA personnel were caught illegally running a drug smuggling ring.

45. Telecom companies that did not go along with the U.S. illegal spying were destroyed and often times their CEOs brought up on specious charges using a corrupt Justice Department to send those who refused to cooperate away for decades.

46. The CIA helped the Ukrainian government to shoot down a civilian airliner, Flight MH17, so as to create a false flag operation to garner EU support for war with Russia.

47. As the nation goes broke our leaders continue to send foreign aid with dollars taken from the poor people in our rich nation so that our rich people can bestow that money on other rich people from poor nations.

48. The U.S. government created al Qaeda, and ISIS and now wants more money from Americans to fight these two organizations.

49. Our government attacked Saddam’s Iraq a nation who was an enemy of both al Qaeda and bin Laden, but failed to attack Saudi Arabia, a nation that funded the very terrorists who attacked the U.S. on 9/11.

50. The U.S. then funded ISIS and allowed it to destroy Libya and then turned it on Syria thereby trying to ignite WWIII.

51. The U.S. has lied about the Iranian nuclear program and has stated Iran was only months away from building a bomb that it has not tried to build for the last decade.

52. The U.S. created false intelligence products to gain public support for attacks on Iran.

53. The U.S. supported terrorist groups like the MEK, PPK and Jundullah.

54. The U.S. provided chemical weapons to Saddam to kill 600,000 Iranians and then made Americans invade Iraq because Saddam had the very chemicals we sold him.

55. We lied our way into the Vietnam war by lying about an attack on an American ship in the Gulf of Tonkin Incident and then killed 3 million Vietnamese in a senseless war of genocidal proportion that we ended up losing and then learned nothing from this misadventure.

56. We allowed JSOC in Iraq to conduct a massacre in which a family of 12 was killed which included women as old as 68 and children as young as 3 were executed in their own homes and then had the Special Operations soldiers cut the bullets out of their dead bodies to hide forensic evidence of the massacre.

57. We allowed ISIS to use chemical weapons on Syrians and then attempted to blame it on Assad so as to be able to lie our way into a war against Syrian Shiites whose civilian population is being massacred by takfiri fighters sent by Saudi Arabia.

58. Saudi Arabia, after radicalizing and arming these takfiri fighters, is now seeking the U.S. to battle these jihadist radicals.

59. The U.S. supported the brutal Egyptian regime of Mubarak until he was being overthrown.

60. The US then supported the Muslim Brotherhood only to then support an attack on Morsi and then support a military coup.

61. The US then supported al Sisi, another ruthless dictator who has summarily sentenced to death and/or executed hundreds of Egyptians and overthrew an elected government.

62. The U.S. supported a group of warlords in Afghanistan that were so brutal and corrupt that the Afghan people supported the Taliban over the Northern Alliance that contained some of the world’s most heinous mass murderers.

63. The U.S. sentenced a 14 year-old boy to prison and torture for opposing the U.S. invasion of his country.

64. We sentenced a special education young adult, Lyndie England, to years in prison for putting panties on Iraqi prisoners heads and making them lay on each other naked as the CIA brutally tortured even Iraqi generals to death using torture so brutal that it caused grotesque deaths for which video tapes had to be destroyed by the CIA in violation of court orders.

65. We overthrew a Iranian democracy using the CIA to perpetrate Operation TP AJAX and killed dozens of innocents in a bombing campaign we falsely blamed on Mossadeq.

66. We allowed the FBI and ATF to perpetrate Operation Fast and Furious and provide guns to drug cartels who then used them to kill Americans.

67. The U.S. Government allowed Israel to attack the USS Liberty and machine-gun unarmed injured soldiers in lifeboats as Israelis slaughtered 34 American sailors. President Johnson then recalled a fighter wing to allow Israelis to continue their crime in order to kill all US personnel so as to blame it on Egypt. The attack was called off when a Soviet ship began filming the killing of Americans by the Israeli military. The survivors were all threatened with prosecution if the told anyone about what happened.

68. The U.S. government allowed the CIA to sell cocaine so that they could fund an illegal war and provide funding to the Contras who killed hundreds of civilians to include the murder of priests.

69. During the Waco massacre, the Branch Davidians were forbidden from using a the legal affirmative defense of self-defense in their case and the few women survivors were sentenced for the use of a firearm that they had never touched, nor had anyone seen them touch.

70. The U.S. used Delta Force military soldiers to attack Waco compound in violation of the U.S. Constitution.

71. While the Waco survivors were all found innocent of the felony charge of Murder of Federal Agents, they were all found guilty and given 25-year sentences for the Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.

However, the only felony they were accused of committing was the murder of the federal agents, charge for which they were all found innocent. The judge told the defendants, “Our laws do not have to make sense.”

72. The Waco site was immediately bulldozed to hide the government’s massacre.

73. In Ruby Ridge, the FBI sniper, Lon Hourichi, admitted shooting Randy Weaver’s innocent wife as she held her infant child so it would cause Randy Weaver to surrender. The FBI also shot and killed Weaver’s son by shooting him in the back from a covered and concealed sniper position.

74. The U.S. infected hundreds of humans with syphilis in experiments so that they would have data on the disease.

75. The U.S.’s CIA funded a coup against Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, a popularly elected leader who won several elections. When it was discovered what happened, the military and hundreds of thousands of citizens descended on the presidential compound and held as ransom the lives of U.S. supported coup leaders until President Chavez was returned. The US media said Chavez had purposely lied and stated Chavez had resigned.

76. The U.S. government used thousands of tons of depleted uranium, a radioactive material that comes from nuclear waste. This has caused a spike in deformities so severe that the Iraq babies actually look like extremely strange alien creatures.

77. It is widely known that the Julian Assange rape-accuser, Anna Arden from Sweden, was a CIA asset who worked with anti-Castro groups and was barred from Cuba for engaging in anti-government activities.

78. The U.S. media and politicians actually advocated the murder of Julian Assange for exposing crimes by the U.S. government.

79. The FBI sent innocent men to jail for murders they knew their informants had committed. They were caught doing this on numerous occasions and were sanctioned for this.

80. The FBI tortured and then murdered Kenneth Trentadue while in custody in a mistaken case of identity believing he was John Doe #2 for the OKC bombing by Timothy McVeigh. The FBI “lost” dozens of videos that would have identified John Doe #2 to hide their motive for killing Trentadue. It then destroyed all the physical evidence of the murder by whitewashing the cell and attempted to claim Trentadue had AIDS to cremate the body to destroy forensic evidence of a badly beaten and tortured body.

81. The FBI has refused to release information related to Operation Patriot Conspiracy (PATCON) that shows the FBI had infiltrated McVeigh’s OKC terrorist operation that included German intelligence agents investigating German neo-nazi ties to Elohim City. (Google: Andreas Strassmeir)

82. Evidence shows the FBI knew of the terrorist attack and while providing material and training lost track of the bomb in the same manner that they lost track of the automatic weapons they provided to drug cartels in Operation Fast and Furious.

83. While the FBI has no actually terror busts, it has been involved in many scores of cases in which an impoverished target was selected, radicalized, trained, and provided with bombs, weapons and money.

84. The U.S. Justice Department engaged in petty prosecutions of very small banks for minor irregularities involving only a couple of million of dollars to make it look to the public as if it were getting tough on bank crimes as it continues to overlook many tens of billions of dollars from all the key banking corporations that literally caused the financial collapse.

85. The CIA itself brags that it no longer had to buy individual reported in the mainstream media as it now controls all the editorial staffs and boards to all the major news networks which is why all the major media can be heard on Jon Stewart’s “The Daily Show” parroting the exact same government talking points across all the major news networks.

86. The FBI carried out Operation COINTELPRO, in which it assassinated Americans and was caught framing innocent activists by the planting of fake bomb materials and then getting many decades-long sentences imposed on its targets. These crimes were so well documented that it forced retirements and people like Noam Chomsky and Howard Zinn to make U.N Human Rights complaints against the FBI and the U.S. government.

87. The U.S. supported Indonesia in its genocidal war against East Timor in which many hundreds of thousands of unarmed peasants were slaughtered with weapons provided by the U.S. government so that Indonesia could annex all there land. The U.S. media due to the U.S’s support for Indonesia hid this genocidal ethnic cleansing.

88. The CIA blamed Iran for chemical weapons used by Saddam against Iraqi Shiites while knowing with absolute certainty that it was the result of Saddam using chemical weapons against Iraqi Shiites during the time the U.S. supported Saddam’s illegal and unprovoked war against Iran.

89. Obama has filled the top ranks of the FDA with former Monsanto corporate executives.

90. Obama’s 2008 campaign received $42 million — “more than any other candidate in history” — from “Wall Street bankers and financial insiders.” The ad cites an analysis of campaign finance data by the Center for Responsive Politics, which reported that Obama’s campaign raised $42.2 million from the “finance, insurance and real estate” sector. That’s up from the $35.9 million that Bush raised for reelection in 2004. Even when adjusted for inflation, Obama still raised more than Bush, although the gap is smaller: $42.2 million to $41 million.

The problem with Libertarianism, and especially so-called “Austrian school” economics is the fact that these types of systems can only exist in a fascist type of Government. The perfect example of a Libertarian leader who used Austrian school economics was Augusto Pinochet. Another was Peron in Argentina. Both were greatly influenced by the German/Argentinian economist Hayack.

Libertarians are spoiled little children who never grew up.
