Here We Go Again: We All Know What Happened the Last Time the Feds Made the East Coast Defenseless

~~With only a 24-hour advance notice on September 1st, 2015 the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) suddenly announced that due to ongoing US military exercises, the Department of Defense (DoD) just informed the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) that the entire East Coast of the United States extending 200 miles offshore will apparently be at high risk of air accidents throughout the month of September. And that’s because the Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) has been shut down from the second of September to the first of October 2015. This is the electronic system that all airplanes have installed that detect any danger of nearby aircraft that potentially could fly into a plane’s flight path and cause midair collisions. Apparently TCAS for a month may fail to give flight crews traffic alerts (TA) and resolution advisories (RA) accurate or any notice at all of incoming aircraft. Instead this advisory simply urges pilots to keep their eyes peeled since they will not be aided by their flight detector instruments.

Additionally the Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) will also not be working either in September. This system consists of crucial data sent from orbiting GPS tracking satellites to ground stations and onto pilot cockpits. The FAA’s website explains that ADS-B is capable of discerning any object or weapon entering US airspace, including its precise location and airspeed transmitted to air traffic control systems on the ground as well as to any nearby aircraft equipped to receive this special data, which are primarily the larger air carriers.

In its technical lingo the brief notice to airmen (NOTAM) text that was issued reads as if it’s simply business as usual with the minor exception of just a slight, in-passing inconvenience:
FDC 5/2817 (KZNY A0369/15) ZNY VA. SPECIAL NOTICE…DUE TO MILITARY ACTIVITIES ON 1030/1090 MHZ, THE TRAFFIC ALERT AND COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEM (TCAS) AND AUTOMATIC DEPENDENT SYSTEM BROADCAST (ADS-B) SURVEILLANCE MAY BE UNRELIABLE IN THE AIRSPACE OVER THE STATES OF VIRGINIA, NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, GEORGIA, AND FLORIDA, AND EXTENDING APPROXIMATELY 200NM OFFSHORE. PILOTS ARE ADVISED THAT THE TRAFFIC ALERT AND COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEM (TCAS) MAY FAIL TO ESTABLISH TRACKS ON NEARBY AIRCRAFT AND MAY FAIL TO RECEIVE TRAFFIC ALERTS (TA) AND/OR RESOLUTION ADVISORIES (RA). FURTHER, PILOTS ARE ADVISED THAT TRACKS MAY FIRST APPEAR WITHIN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THEIR AIRCRAFT AND MAY IMMEDIATELY GO INTO TA/RA STATUS. FALSE ALERTS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE GENERATED BY THIS MILITARY ACTIVITY AND ANY ALERTS SHALL BE TREATED AS REAL. PILOTS ARE ADVISED TO MAINTAIN AN INCREASED VISUAL AWARENESS IN THIS AREA. IF THE PILOT BELIEVES THAT AN AIRCRAFT SHOULD HAVE TRIGGERED AN ALERT, THE INCIDENCE SHOULD BE REPORTED TO AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL AT THE EARLIEST OPPORTUNE MOMENT. SFC-FL500 1509020500-1510010459

Another rather conspicuous, co-occurring development worth noting is that last month the feds have launched a couple of air defense blimps called aerostats over a couple of Maryland counties for the purpose of detecting aircraft, missile and space object threats up to 340 miles away with a full 360 degree radius. So the government has once again sent our armed security forces away for more war games leaving half of America’s coastline completely exposed and unprotected except for two blimps specifically designed to identify incoming weapons hurtling through space coming straight toward the Eastern Seaboard. That should make us all sleep better.
For months the internet has been abuzz with dozens of “the sky is falling” scenarios all converging in September. From the unprecedented massive Jade Helm 15 military exercise all summer long officially until the 15th of the month throughout the entire southern Gulf and Mexican Border States to mysterious Planet X/Nibiru system moving visibly through our solar system possibly plunging giant asteroids and meteors to the earth potentially shifting the polar axis, to the impending collapse of the US-Western and global economies to the not so covert cyber and currency wars between America and China perhaps spilling over into use of scalar pulse weapon attacks, this month is jam-packed with doom and gloom hype and speculation as a Shemitah year ends when a Tetrad of a fourth and final blood moon occurs to Pope Francis’ historic speech before Congress on the 24th followed a day later at the UN General Assembly.

Speaking of the pope, his last sermon on Sunday at St. Peter’s Basilica warned of “a forthcoming event in which the earth will be consumed by hellfire from above.” Does he know something we don’t? And what about the French Foreign Minister’s statement while standing next to Secretary of State Kerry on May 13, 2014, “We have 500 days to avoid climate chaos.” Projecting 500 days forward places us right up to Pope Francis’ visit to America. Are they referring to the same cataclysmic event, perhaps an asteroid striking the earth’s surface and instantly creating drastic climate change?

Add to this “perfect storm” potpourri of disaster mix several more Boston drills calling for more crisis actors and role players acting as “terrorists and bad guys” (a la the Boston Marathon bombing) and lots of Americans are bracing for what may be coming next. From September 10th through the 23rd the defense security contractor Lynxx Global Solutions is conducting more realistic training exercises for DoD. We have to wonder if Lynxx is what Craft International was to the Boston Marathon false flag.

And now this latest shocker to learn that virtually the entire East Coast is defenseless against yet more high crimes against humanity. Over the entire month thousands of flights and millions of air travelers’ lives are gravely endangered on the Atlantic Coast from Miami to New York City. Indeed this highly suspect action on the feds’ part is a serious breach of national security for the entire country. Yet other than a small segment of alternative news media, this disturbing bombshell has slipped under public radar as if it’s really not a big deal. Fact: the last time these kind of systems were down and the US military was called away for more drills, Cheney, Bush and Israel were busily pulling off 9/11 murdering 3000 Americans. Is our shadow government up to their old tricks again, setting up yet another Pearl Harbor, I mean 9/11- like event? Inquiring minds that know history since the JFK assassination that evil traitors are still entrenched in crime syndicate DC definitely want to know.
