Texas ports have been given away to the Federal Government

Governor Abbott & land Commissioner Bush are frauds

Recently Governor Abbott responded to President Obama “COME & TAKE IT” in regards to usurping our Second Amendment on gun ownership. How can Governor Abbott pretend to be against the overstepping Federal Government when his actions prove otherwise?

Legislative Appropriations that were approved under former Governor Perry upon recommendation of Land Commissioner Jerry Patterson that are still being honored today that are using funds from our children’s “PERMANENT SCHOOL FUND TRUST” and the “STATE UNIVERSITIES FUND TRUST” as well as private donations held in the “DAUGHTER’S OF THE REPUBLIC FUND ACCOUNT” are being used for INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE TRANS-PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP.

Recently the Texas Constitution was amended so that billions of dollars from sales tax could be used for highways & transportation; the same week TDOT took over the building of the new Port Authority for Presidio / Ojinaga. Which also includes plans of rebuilding an international railroad bridge between the two countries. The same railroads that were given grants of land & mineral rights from our children’s PERMANENT SCHOOL TRUST which they used as collateral for bank loans so that these “PRIVATE CORPORATIONS” could build the railways.

West Texas has been experiencing an increase of multi-billion corporation freight transports on its railways as well as seeing Mexico’s Railway Ferromex Cabooses moving on Texas Railways.  Multi-billion worldwide Trucking transport companies are moving loads twenty four hours a day through this port of entry as well.

They are using “MISCHIEF IN LAW” for where ‘NO LAW APPLIES” the land commissioner can do as he pleases with “GIFTS” which was pork that was added to our Texas Natural Resources Bill.  So they are using pre-arranged land title flips using ‘CONSERVATION EASEMENTS” (gifts) in order to pursue their “PIPELINE INTERESTS” and “NUCLEAR WASTE SITE INTERESTS” with Corporations under the Trans-Pacific Partnership using eminent domain which will allow them to control our water as well. These types of land flips do not even follow “COMMON LAW” and are being handled inside our children’s PERMANENT SCHOOL FUND and STATE UNIVERSITIES FUND; which violates “FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILTY” which holds the “HIGHEST STANDARD OF CARE” under the law. The BUSH FAMILY has also recently been pushing a “CONSERVANCY” to protect the ‘MONARCH BUTTERFLY” with these same types of conservation easements with the Texas Parks & Wildlife which receives lands from the Permanent School Trust at the discretion of Land Commissioner George P. Bush.  Can we not say a “CONFLICT OF INTEREST” is taking place?

There is evidence that Texans dollars are funding the new tracking system to be used by the Federal Border Patrol & Customs agency which is designed to track “INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES” and to make sure our Federal Government is getting the highest possible tariff and to ensure there are no “price cutting” taking place to prevent manipulation of currency.

Which is another subject of interest since Texas has received its “GOLD” back from the failing Federal Reserve in order to create their own depository; while at the same time Texas Senators have approved a reinstatement of a “PRIVATE CORPORATION BANK” owned by the “FEDERAL GOVERNMENT” called EX-IM which handles international import / export loans for high-risk borrowers.  In the past, this bank generated $23 billion in exports in Texas alone.

Is history only repeating itself here in Texas; for if you do your research you will find that the Union took bombarded our ports in order to gain control which is what led to the Civil War and the real reason they wanted to end slavery was to put the plantation cotton farmers out of business for they were not paying any tariffs to trade their commodities.

These legislative appropriations even included bundling our Veteran’s mortgages as “INVESTMENT SECURITIES” and selling them in the secondary markets.  These types of transactions are illegal & non-transparent for our Veteran’s for financial investors of these types of investment securities can file “CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS” and put liens on these properties. These are the same types of scandals associated with illegally using the Universal Commercial Codes by Bankers which have harmed this nation unrepairable and which resulted in losses of filing fees for all Texas Counties.

The Governor & Land Commissioner have been requesting “ROYALTY INTEREST” from the leases lands of the TRUST funds “IN KIND” rather than in currency.  So instead of money for the royalty interest they are receiving power or natural gas and then selling to the Texas consumers for a profit.  Could this be why Texans are about to have a 16% increase on electric; when it is the Texas GLO that is manipulating the prices?  These TRUSTS funds are to be managed for the “COMMON GOOD OF THE PEOPLE”; so I ask “WHERE IS THE COMMON GOOD.”

The children’s PERMANENT SCHOOL TRUST generates over a billion dollars a year, but our schools are now only receiving 30% of the funding of years past.  Our educational system has been claimed “UNCONSTITUTIONAL” six times by the Supreme Court.  Our Texas Government is also claiming our Universities are out of money has well when those TRUSTS how hold some of the largest oil & gas revenues in the State.  And why was Texas not able to fund our Teacher’s Retirement Accounts this year.  Instead a small town with a population of only 5000 people had to incur a book entry debt of $1 million dollars to pay down for the shortfall.

Why Texas children in Child Protective Services being are administered non-FDA approved black box psychotropic drugs which are labeled as experimental and not approved for anyone under the age of 25?  Could he be for the financial kickbacks of the Pharmaceutical agreements of the TPP?

Even though Texas has statutes against horse slaughter, why are our wild mustangs & burros which are the same descendants of the mustangs & burros being federally protected by BLM are ending up in the slaughter plants in Mexico and being exported to the European Markets?

International Treaties supersede any other laws of the lands. Under the Guadalupe Hidalgo International Treaty lands of parts of California, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming & Colorado were ceded to the U.S.  But Texas was the only State to not turn over the lands when they joined the Union, and they were the only State to not receive any Federal Lands from the Federal Government.  They are also the only State to have its own land office. It makes a person go HUM doesn’t it?

Under the law, “WE THE PEOPLE” have the right to demand audits of all accounts and can put claims on our elected officials bonds for embezzlement.  When do we stand up and say “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” for they are stealing our children’s futures as well as showing no respect or regard for our Veterans and destroying our “LAST TEXAS FRONTIER OF THE BIG BEND.”
