The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 does not protect Big Pharma companies that have been producing their gene therapy shots. This leaves them not only wide open for lawsuits, but for prosecution, as well.

As I’ve reported before, the shots that are fraudulently referred to as “vaccines,” do not meet the medical definition of a vaccine.

Dr. David Martin and Dr. Jane Ruby talk about the fact that there is no protection for these “vaccine” makes concerning their COVID-19 gene therapy shots.

Those injured and those who have lost their loved ones to these shots should sue and put these criminals out of business; and criminal charges should be brought against them individually, as well as any pharmacy, doctor, nurse, Mockingbird media reporters, journalists and anchors, as well as those directing them, or anyone else having anything to do with the distribution of these medical devices or promotion of them as vaccines that are “safe and effective.” This would also include both President Trump and all those aligned with his coronavirus task force, as well as China Joe Biden and his administration.
