California Governor Gavin Newsom has gone missing and the media is unable to figure out why.
On October 27, 2021, Governor Newsom received his COVID booster shot. Since then, he has canceled a major international summit appearance and ghosted the totality of American media.
A week after abruptly canceling plans to attend the United Nations climate summit in Scotland, California Gov. Gavin Newsom has receded from public view to deal with unspecific family obligations.
When the surprising announcement was made Oct. 29, a spokesperson said Newsom planned to participate virtually in the conference this week. But the California delegation’s schedule at the meeting this week, released by the governor’s office, did not include Newsom.

While conspiracy theories run amok thanks to the Gavin camp’s lack of transparency, the rest of the nation is left to wonder “where in the World is Gavin Newsom?”
Certainly, the left would hesitate to share with the nation that Newsom is dealing with complications from the vaccine. So why wouldn’t his press team put out a statement clarifying his situation? The question may answer itself.
Perhaps something went wrong with the vaccine, as it has for many others, and his PR team is just holding the media off until, if they’re lucky, Gavin recovers. Or, maybe he’s just hiding… or something.
There are no logical reasons for Newsom to go into hiding and certainly not for him to skip a major international progressive event.
Then again, maybe it’s just dementia – which American journalists only investigate if the politician is a Republican.
