Globalization, Multilateralism and Regional Cooperation Effective multilateralism: how NATO adapts to meet changing security challenges
Keynote address by NATO Deputy Secretary General Rose Gottemoeller, Chatham House, London

NATO, the United Nations and the European Union are all products of the rules-based, multilateral order that was established in the aftermath of World War II.
This multilateral order includes trade and other economic rules and regulations that have helped to spread unprecedented prosperity to many countries and regions of the world.
Increasing globalization has had positive as well as negative aspects. The negative aspects have created a heartfelt cri de coeur at ballot boxes, including in my own country.
Further, on the negative side, the problems of one part of the world can swiftly affect the rest. Threats such as weapons proliferation, climate change, migration, terrorism and pandemics do not respect borders.

AD 2021: Multilateralism in the Construction of a New World Order
THE GREAT RESET-(United Nations) 10th Atlantic Dialogs

Streamed live on Nov 5, 2021
Since the beginning of the health crisis, combined with the polarization between the United States and China and the resurgence of nationalist sentiments, the world has entered a new geopolitical era. The world order as we knew it in the aftermath of the Cold War, with globalization and global governance with one leader, is now being challenged. The resolution of transnational challenges is lagging behind due to the withdrawal of states and the lack of leadership and trust in international institutions. Recent events and developments on the international scene have even shown the predominance of unilateral and bilateral relations in order to protect and preserve national interests. The amplified differences between the countries of the North and the South reveal the need to adopt an equitable multilateralism in the establishment of a new world order.
What role can we entrust to international institutions in the construction of this new world order? How can we rebuild a sense of trust?
With the predominance of new major players like China, can we say that the new world order will signal the end of the Western order?

Biden talks up multilateralism at UN

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres Calls for Help to Vax Poor Countries
VIDEO: UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres Sounds the Alarm at Rising Opposition to Globalization

He Warns Against Fake Science while Promoting Fake Covid and Cult of Climate Change Science.
US President Joe Biden on Tuesday pushed for more co-operation between nations in fighting climate change and the coronavirus pandemic in his first speech to the UN General Assembly.
Mr Biden called for a “decisive decade for our world” of nations coming together against Covid-19, climate change, wars and the nuclear programms of Iran and North Korea in a 33-minute speech supporting UN multilateralism.

Democrats and Trump: Multilateralism Should Not Be Ignored …

” Trump treated “globalization” and “global governance” as dangers to the Republic and threats to US sovereignty and vital interests …”

Multilateral Institutions, The UN, NATO, the WTO, and international cooperation more broadly also could flourish after Trump exits the White House. That exit is unlikely to result from impeachment.

Amidst impeachment angst and domestic political anguish, the Trump administration’s onslaught on the United Nations (UN) and multilateralism more generally has received scant attention. Just as during the 2016 presidential debates, the seven Democratic Party presidential debates thus far have given an occasional nod to NATO but otherwise ignored the theme of multilateralism. This neglect cries out for remedy if the toxic residue from Trumpian and other new nationalisms is not to pollute the international environment long-term, well beyond any changes in governments.
(Poor Little Globalist NWO)

Much of my work has involved looking at United States (US) policy toward international institutions and its exceptional capacity for wreaking on them budgetary and political havoc. Even against this backdrop, Washington’s current practices are aberrant, based on the notions that partners and cooperation are for dummies, unilateralism is preferable to joining forces, and alliances and intergovernmental organizations are distractions from narrowly-defined national interests. There are many candidates for the most bizarre example of Trump’s short-sightedness, but my personal favorite was his administration’s announced threat in October

2018 to withdraw from the Universal Postal Union (UPU), which since 1874 had allegedly been threatening US sovereignty by fixing international postal rates.
(War Castles Related?)

While that crisis was averted in late 2019 after UPU Member States agreed to a US proposal to reform its fee structure, meaningful multilateralism remains an endangered species without Washington’s participation.

Alas, today Washington has no monopoly on radical nationalism. The Trump regime has competitors. In addition to the architects of Brexit, other extreme chauvinists abound: Putin, Erdovan, Xi, Modi, Duterte, al-Sisi, Maduro, Orban, and other nativist cabals across the globe, to reference only a few. There are more similarities than differences between Washington’s stance and policies of “Russia First” or “Brazil First” or “China First.”

In his address at the 2018 General Assembly, Trump uttered “sovereignty” only six times, but he treated “globalization” and “global governance” as dangers to the Republic and threats to US sovereignty and vital interests. The administration’s efforts to dismiss international cooperation and to reassert the power of one to address global problems continued at the 2019 General Assembly, where Trump fumed: “The future does not belong to globalists. The future belongs to patriots.” It matters not that such myopia flies in the face of the reality of contemporary world politics and the scale of global challenges such as climate change and mass migration.

(With the US Government Conspiring in the Push for Globalization, Compliance to the Covid/Vax Plandemic, Climate Hoax Agenda and The Great Reset, One Wonders if President Trump’s Policies Were in Name Only?)

It is not simply a matter of the Biden Puppet Regime Stealing the White House. Our Government and our Military have been working on Multilateral Globalization Behind Our Backs All Along

THE UNITED NATIONS CONTROLS NATO:
The North Atlantic Treaty and the UN Charter

The Charter of the United Nations, signed in San Francisco on 26 June 1945, establishes the overall responsibility of the UN Security Council for international peace and security. NATO’s North Atlantic Treaty signed four years later – on 4 April 1949 – makes clear that the UN Charter is the framework within which the Alliance operates. In the Treaty, Allies reaffirm their faith in the purposes and principles of the Charter and commit themselves to the peaceful resolution of conflicts. They also commit themselves to the principle of collective defense, in line with Article 51 of the UN Charter, which establishes the inherent right of individual or collective defense of all UN member countries. Collective defense is central to NATO’s founding treaty and commits Allies to protecting each other, creating a spirit of solidarity within the Alliance.

NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION-

NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION- Relations with the United Nations. Last updated: 05 Oct. 2021
NATO and the United Nations (UN) share a commitment to maintaining international peace and security. The two organizations have been cooperating in this area since the early 1990s, in support of peace-support and crisis-management operations. The complexity of today’s security challenges has required a broader dialogue between NATO and the UN. This has led to reinforced cooperation and liaison arrangements between the staff of the two organizations, as well as UN specialized agencies.

An updated Joint Declaration setting out plans for future cooperation between NATO and the UN was signed on 26 October 2018.

NATO’s Secretary General reports regularly to the UN Secretary-General on progress in UN-mandated NATO-led operations and on other key decisions of the North Atlantic Council, including in the area of crisis management and in the fight against terrorism.

The UN is frequently invited to attend NATO ministerial meetings and summits; the NATO Secretary General participates in the UN General Assembly; and staff level meetings, covering the broad range of cooperation and dialogue, take place on an annual basis between the secretariats of NATO and the UN. In 2018, the Secretaries General agreed to renew this commitment for enhanced cooperation and dialogue in areas of common interest, including on countering the threat posed by improvised explosive devices; capacity building and defense sector reform; the protection of civilians; children and armed conflict; Women, Peace and Security; the Youth, Peace and Security agenda; and cyber defense.

In 2010, NATO reinforced existing liaison arrangements by establishing the post of NATO Civilian Liaison Officer to the United Nations, in addition to that of a Military Liaison Officer, established in 1999.

(This is the Biggest Farce of All. The United Nations is Notorious for Raping Women and Children)

Building on the UNSCR 1325 framework, NATO revised its policy on Women, Peace and Security in 2018, introducing policy principles of integration, inclusiveness and integrity. NATO has engaged on a regular basis with the UN on a number of initiatives, including NATO’s first Policy on Preventing and Responding to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, which was endorsed by NATO Leaders at the 2021 Brussels Summit. The two organizations have also joined efforts to draft the NATO Policy on Combating Conflict-Related Sexual Violence, to support lessons learned and good practices, and to promote the development of national action plans for NATO member countries.

Protecting children in armed conflict
NATO is committed to the implementation of UNSCR 1612 and related Resolutions on the protection of children affected by armed conflict. At the 2014 NATO Summit in Wales, NATO Leaders decided more could be done to ensure the Alliance is sufficiently prepared whenever and wherever the issue of Children and Armed Conflict is likely to be encountered. The result was the NATO policy document “The Protection of Children in Armed Conflict – Way forward”.

Evolution of NATO-UN cooperation in the field
Working relations between the United Nations and the Alliance were limited during the Cold War. This changed in 1992, against the background of growing conflict in the Western Balkans, where their respective roles in crisis management led to an intensification of practical cooperation in the field.

Small arms and light weapons
NATO supports the implementation of the UN Program of Action to Prevent, Combat and Eradicate the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW), adopted in July 2001 by nearly 150 countries, including all NATO member states.

Disaster relief

(Food Shortages, Mass Vaccine Deaths? A Disaster is What Ever They Say One is)

NATO also cooperates with the UN in support of disaster-relief operations. Through the Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre (EADRCC), NATO coordinates consequence-management efforts with UN and other bodies and shares information on disaster assistance. All the EADRCC’s tasks are performed in close cooperation with the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA), which retains the primary role in the coordination of international disaster-relief operations.

The EADRCC is a regional coordination mechanism, supporting and complementing the UN efforts. In the case of a disaster requiring international assistance, it is up to individual NATO member and partner countries to decide whether to provide assistance, based on information received from the EADRCC.

What Can We Learn From Israels COVID-19 Vaccination of Children?

SICKNESS AND DEATH

(THESE PEOPLE ARE SICK)

WHAT DETERS PARENTS FROM THE CHILD COVID-19 VACCINE?

WHY DOES ISRAEL’S VACCINE HESITANCY MATTER TO THE US?

What Can We Learn From Israels COVID-19 Vaccination of Children?
Since Israel was one of the first countries in the world to vaccinate its population, its pandemic experience has become a test case for the other countries to learn from. Israeli vaccination rate declines created by vaccine hesitancy have been early warning signals to other countries that having a sufficient supply of COVID-19 vaccines is just the first barrier to vaccine uptake.

Although child vaccination against COVID-19 started in Israel very recently (on November 22, 2021) and a few weeks after the U.S., uptake rates in the U.S. and Israel are quite similar, as two-thirds of American parents of children aged 5 to 11 are either reluctant or adamantly opposed to children’s vaccination against COVID-19. That is, the need for the authorities to increase the proportion of vaccinated children is common to both countries. Moreover, the public’s wish for more transparency, and the significant effect better transparency can have on COVID-19 vaccine uptake, is also common to more nations including the U.S.

In conclusion, the Israeli experience brings unequivocal findings that can be used by governments around the globe, suggesting that efforts to improve transparency and convey information to the public are an effective policy measure that encourages COVID-19 vaccinations. Our findings also show that while this is true for vaccinations of adults and adolescents, it is twice as true for vaccinations of children whose parents’ protectiveness increases hesitation. Increasing transparency is the most effective way to address vaccine hesitation among parents.

UN 75th Aniversary: Multilateralism not an option but a necessity Sep-28-2020 Multilateralism is not an Option but a Necessity as we Build Back Better
Seventy-five years on, as the United Nations (UN) marks its anniversary at a time of great worldwide upheaval – compounded by growing unilateralism and the virus crisis – upholding the international system with the world body and rejecting unilateralism and the winner-takes-all mindset has become more relevant than ever before.
“Multilateralism is not an option but a necessity as we build back a better world with more equality and resilience, and more sustainable world,” the 193-member UN General Assembly (UNGA) said in a declaration concerning the coronavirus pandemic, which threatens not only global health but also the world economic development.
In a foreseeable future, anti-globalization and attempts at economic and technology decoupling, which started long before COVID-19, will not disappear soon. Multilateral cooperation at most of the world organizations such as the UN, the WHO and the World Trade Organization will face growing instabilities and setbacks. The U.S. election in November may push the U.S. to implement more competitive strategies towards China. The targets – the South China Sea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan – would disturb regional economic and security order.

(Or the US Government may Bend Over for the Great Reset UN Agenda 2030)

“A complete separation of the world’s two largest economies cannot happen,” said Chen Deming, former minister of Chinese commerce ministry, at a seminar in New York in June. He believes the tensions between the two countries could worsen, but there is “enough space” for the world to continue to find a way to have win-win partnerships.

NORFOLK, Va. – NATO’s newest headquarters is now fully operational in Norfolk.
Joint Force Command Norfolk, has reached Full Operational Capability (FOC) and held a ceremony on Thursday at 10 a.m., to mark the occasion.

NATO will enforce mandatory lockdowns and imprisonment.

And the Pentagon.

Gen. Lavigne is from France.

This new command is part of the allied command operations structure, the Navy said. It will provide a United States-led, joint multi-national operational command, supported by component, Allied and partner commands, responsible for the North Atlantic and the High North.

Its mission is to protect the Strategic Lines of Communication across all domains, and enable the reinforcement of Europe, according to the Navy.

Military leaders said China and Russia are upping their presence in the Atlantic. “Both have increased their presence in the Atlantic region from the Arctic Circle to the South Pole and that requires a proactive approach,” said Vice Adm. Andrew Lewis, the commander of JFC Norfolk.

The new headquarters is the first on US soil and military officials say is key to protecting the Atlantic. “To be fully operational means we can do our mission that we are assigned,” said Lewis.

The military’s top officer came to Norfolk for the event. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley stressed the importance of NATO. “The U.S. does not fight wars alone. We have an incredible network of allies about the world,” said Milley. “[The headquarters] is representative of what is needed in the future to maintain the deterrence, to maintain the great power of peace, and prevent great power war.”

Gen. Milley warned about future military technologies and their potential impacts on war. He said the first country to discover them and fully utilize them will have a leg up in a war, comparing the situation to World War II. “If we don’t get there firstest [sic] with the mostest [sic] and we don’t put the pedal to the metal – if we don’t get this right over the next 10-15 years, we are condemning a future generation to what happened 76 years ago,” he said.

That’s why military leaders say the new headquarters is so important. “Our mission is to prepare for every possible crisis or crises that could develop throughout the Atlantic region, so that the alliance has options in both forces and how to employ them,” said Lewis.

The ceremony was held onboard USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) at Naval Station Norfolk.

NATO also has two other joint force commands — one in Brunssum, Netherlands (considered the heart of Europe), and another in Naples, Italy, in the Mediterranean region — U.S. Navy Vice Adm. Andrew Lewis noted at the ceremony aboard the American amphibious warship Kearsarge.

Isn’t forced mass immigration into the U.S. being fueled by the American autism epidemic? Over 86% of ASD peoples cannot be employed due to violent behaviors, chronic illnesses, learning disabilities, and/or severe sensory issues. 1 in 44 8 year olds had ASD in 2010 – I’m sure the U.S. autism rate has already surpassed 1 in 2.

What about peoples who don’t want to leave their home nations? Is the U.S. the “land of freedom” if it’s built on indigenous genocide, slavery, revisionist nationalism, vaccines, junk food, etc?
