A Mockery of Justice
I am just so impressed with the American “JustUs” System which was on full display at court for Donald Trump’s trial in New York City! Novelist Franz Kafka would have been amazed to see that his novel, The Trial, whereby a man is hauled into court and prosecuted on the pretext of a nameless crime, had actually been given life and breath by a corrupt Democrat party and their flunky party hacks.
Bragg and James had the same Political Agenda
In a state run entirely by the Democrat machine, with an Attorney General (Letitia James) who blatantly ran on a platform of prosecuting if not persecuting Donald Trump, along with District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who also ran on a similar platform, and both funded by the corrupt fortunes of predator/financier George “Soros”, it should come as no surprise that Trump’s trial in New York City was nothing more than a Kangaroo Kourt, adjudicated by a blatantly biased judge, Juan Merchan.
A Supremely Conflicted Judge
Here is a judge who was incredibly conflicted in almost too many ways to count. He is a financial contributor to Joe Biden, he is a Democrat, and his daughter, Loren, is involved in massive fund raising campaign against Donald Trump to the tune of millions of dollars, funneled to support one of Trump’s major adversaries and a perennial liar in Congress, Adam Schiff, in his Senate bid.
Statute of Limitations Expired 7 years ago!
Neither the Department of Justice, the Federal Elections Commission, and Prosecutor Alving Bragg wished to initially prosecute this absurd and flimsy case against Trump. This bookkeeping error, if it can even be called that, would normally be handled with a minor monetary fine. Yet Alvin Bragg, at the behest of the Biden Department of JustUs, was used to push this prosecution of an issue where the Statute of Limitations had already expired seven years ago!
Turning a Misdemeanor into a Felony for Political Purposes
Further, how does a State Court and Prosecutor have the authority to try what is legally and technically a FEDERAL crime under the Federal Election statutes? Undeterred by legal reality, Bragg and company forged ahead, raising a “misdemeanor” into a FELONY by stating that the original misdemeanor was in collaboration with the commission of another, still UNAMED crime!
Defense Witness Forbidden to Testify
During the trial, “Judge” Merchan constantly sustained objections by the prosecution while dismissing nearly every objection by the defense. Further, he refused to allow the head of the Federal Elections Commission, Bradley Smith, to testify in Trump’s behalf, for the simple reason that this person would have stated, flatly, that what Trump was accused of was not a crime under the FEC rules and regulations.
Prosecution’s Star Witness a Convicted Perjurer and Embezzler
Even more laughable is that the Prosecution’s “star witness,” former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, is a convicted felon and serial liar who was also revealed to be an embezzler in court, stealing over $60,000 from the Trump organization. This, all the while Cohen made over four million dollars peddling anti-Trump T-shirts, books and paraphernalia on line both before and during the trial.
One Misdemeanor = 34 FELONIES
Bragg, now being personally steered and directed by the 3rd most powerful man in the Biden “JustUs” Department, Michael Colangelo, raised this ONE alleged “crime”, through the magic of Federal prosecutorial misconduct, to 34 (THIRTY FOUR) FELONIES, with the potential of locking Trump behind bars for 104 years! All of this for a bookkeeping error to pay a non-disclosure agreement (NOT “hush money”) to “Stormy” Daniels, former porn star and stripper, who had previously, on many occasions, denied she and Trump had ever had an affair, just as Trump had.
Exculpatory Evidence Hidden by Bragg from Grand Jury
Further, under U.S. law, Trump should have been tried by a jury of his peers. Instead, in the hothouse of liberal politics that is New York City, Trump’s jury consisted of partisan hacks who hated him, and who were anything but neutral or independent thinkers. At the same time the jury was being impaneled, it was discovered that Alvin Bragg had kept exculpatory evidence away from the Grand Jury, as well as Trump’s lawyers, evidence which the prosecution is required, BY LAW, to admit and supply to The Defense!
A Unanimous Decision by Jury “no longer necessary” says Judge!
As the coup d’grace, “Judge” Merchan told the jury that their decision did not have to be unanimous — a FIRST for American jurisprudence, where UNANIMITY of Verdict is enshrined in U.S. law by TWO Supreme Court decisions! Yet “Judge” Merchan instead instructed his biased jury that as long as they all agreed that Trump was guilty of “something,” then their verdict could fall into one of 3 different categories. They could conclude that he was unanimously GUILTY, with the basis for his conviction being 3 different interpretations and violations of a law whose statute of limitations had expired 7 years earlier!
A Direct Attack on The Constitution and The American People
As any honest political observer would admit, this trial and Trump’s other trials would have never been brought to court if he had decided not to run for the presidency again. This is “lawfare”, plain and simple. A way to keep Trump from campaigning, and to label him a “Convicted Felon” before the presidential election, a verdict which is almost certain to be overturned on appeal. More to the point, it is a direct attack against the tattered vestiges of democracy in America. Rather than allow the people, the voters of the United States to decide, Biden, the Courts, Big Tech and The Media have all united to make that decision for the people, through lies, obfuscation, data manipulation and prejudicial prosecution.
It is clear now, that in the State of New York, if a prosecutor does not like your politics, your business can be confiscated, closed down and bankrupted by their spurious charges. Why would any rational business person subject themselves and their wealth to this potential and avoidable risk of running afoul of lunatic legislatures and rogue prosecutors looking to make a name for themselves in their next bid for higher electoral office?
Democrats Turn America into a Banana Republic
This trial in the Kangaroo Court of “Judge” Juan Merchan is an utter mockery and miscarriage of Justice. It will stand, ignominiously, along with the Dred Scott decision, as one of the premiere examples of judicial myopia, corruption and malfeasance. It has reduced America in the eyes of a knowing world, to the status of a literal “Banana” Republic,” where dictators can determine both the law and the sentence BEFORE the prosecution, a post-modern interpretation of the Stalinist bromide: “Show me the Person and I will Show You The Crime.”
Whereas, at first glance, it would seem that Donald Trump is the victim here of a system turned on its head. Rather, this verdict vividly illustrates that there are two more victim of this democrat caricature of a Communist Show Trial. These two other victims are far more important than Donald Trump, who has suffered grievous injury from this Kangaroo Kourt.
More Victims than Trump
The first victim is the injury suffered by our system of Justice and The Rule of Law in the United States of America, which has been fundamentally undermined and subverted by partisan hack democrat politicians for partisan advantage.
The second sustained injury and easily the most serious, is the injury that this farce has defecated upon the Citizens and Peoples of the United States of America. We are really the most seriously injured party, suffering grievous, even potentially fatal, bodily harm.
An Attack on The Constitution
The precedent of this trial procedure has eviscerated the 1st, 5th ad 6th Amendments to the Constitution of The United States. It is an utterly disgusting, sickening and reprehensible exhibition of the worst sort of judicial rigging and bias ever witnessed in America. It is a permanent stain upon the Constitution and Bill of Rights on which this country was founded.
The only bright light in this tunnel of darkness for MAGA Republicans is that Trump immediately jumped six more points ahead of Biden in the public opinion polls, along with an influx of $52 million dollars in overnight donations since the verdict was announced.
This November 5th, if there is a semblance of an honest election in America, there may still be a chance to rescue this country from the moral, and spiritual depravity of the Democrats and the Biden Administration.
As Donald Trump put it so succinctly after being convicted of a fantasy felony, “If they can do this to me, they can do this to you!”
America Is At a Crossroad
The reality is that America is at a cross road. If we had an honest, clean election, there is no doubt in the world that Trump would win once again, as he did twice before. What remains to be seen are the ways that Hollywood, Big Tech, and The M/ass Media may manipulate the populace for their purpose of continued corruption and constitutional subversion.
As in all things, time will tell. Let us hope that the world’s one remaining hope for Freedom, Liberty and the Rule of Law based on impartial Justice, will somehow be triumphant once again!
