"The Act of 1871" - Help Spread This Truth - All America Must Know

The Organic Act of 1871 was created to formulate a constitution for the District of Columbia which is known as the United States Constitution (or referred to as “U.S. Constitution).

It has nothing to do with the language of “The Constitution for the United States of America” because “for” was a description of the Constitution prior to being ratified when it became “The Constitution of the United States of America.”

Notice when they refer to U.S. Constitution, it has no reference to “America” for “America” represents the People.

As far as what else is going on…

When the southern several States walked out of Congress assembled back in the early 1860s, this is when U.S. Congress no longer could convene in a constitutional republican, de jure, quorum which means that the only capacity they could operate is as de facto agents/officers territorial ONLY to the United States as far as their operation of law via Exclusive Jurisdiction (not Original).

Under Abraham Lincoln, the first de facto U.S. President (not representing the republic–only the federal legislative democracy), they ushered in military law in regards to General Orders 100 (the Lieber Code) which described how an occupying military should operate.

Everything that has happened in America from a legislative sense ONLY can operate upon those who are federal U.S. citizens which the 14th Amendment was NEVER ratified in a de jure, constitutional republican, quorum. Through the passage of time, people lost understanding that there is a huge difference between a Citizen of one of the several States of the U.S. of A. (I am a Citizen of Arizona; an Arizonan – nationality) and have subscribed to being a trustee to a subject-class federal U.S. citizen and by doing so, they have abandoned their constitutional republican form of government and waived all claims to having unalienable rights.

In essence, those who contracted as a U.S. citizen are regulated and must apply for and use permits and licenses in exchange for a right they already have.
More or less, the people by making elections and declarations as being a U.S. citizen, they can only enjoy rights given to them by their federal constitution and de facto agents/officers. They cannot exercise their unalienable rights which, if one was identifying as a State Citizen (who are also one of We the People), there is no duty or need to register themselves or their rights to get a license or permit.

Our unalienable rights are absolute rights. These unalienable rights are our own private property that we alone have the sole authority to exercise.
NOBODY, in any office, can require us to register ourselves or our property in the public arena an give an easement to statutory, non-positive, law to operate upon us.

In fact, being a Citizen of Arizona and NOT a U.S. citizen, I am not subject whatsoever to federal (both national & state) non-positive commercially-enforced statutory law.

There is confusion among the people for they do not realize that U.S. Code and each of the federalized “states” (lower case “s”) such as Arizona Revised Statutes or Indiana Code or any other regulation can ONLY operate upon those who are a U.S. citizen or a resident alien. Read those statutes and codes and look at the description of the population (U.S. citizen/resident alien) as having a duty under that law and notice that it does not speak of a population known as State Citizens such as Texans, Arizonans, Californians, etc.

The moment one makes application and grants their election of remedy by declaring themselves as a U.S. citizen, a resident/residence, social security #, drivers license, gun permits, marriage licenses, professional licenses, titles to cars/homes, age, or any admission to being a “driver,” an “operator of a motor vehicle,” holding a “firearm,” use of even time zones (yes they have created time zones by statutes; like Eastern Standard Time), this is when one has given evidence that they have abandoned their republic and waived their unalienable rights.

Everything is contract.

All foreign federal de facto officers are foreign to the republic — which means they have NO agency to We the People for all de jure offices are currently vacant.

If you vote, have a drivers license, gun permits, birth certificates, professional licenses, marriage license, social security # or any other legal instrument and make use of them as a means to identify yourself, you are claiming that you are a trustee to a legal fiction/artificial person called a “U.S. citizen” which is a corporation that has the same name as yourself.

This means that you are giving evidence that you are in that foreign federal system and that you are subject to its operation of law under color of law authority.

All de facto agents operate while legally presuming that 100% of the people are U.S. citizens / resident aliens and subject to their jurisdiction and authority.

A legal presumption is not evidence; it is hearsay.

ONLY you can give evidence that you are subject to their jurisdiction.

Evidence can be given by acceptance, use, your signature and even remaining silent about your status & capacity as a State Citizen.
More or less, if you remain silent, you are agreeing to the operation of law of that foreign federal system.

Before anyone tests this knowledge, they must understand what’s going on an I can assure you that nearly 100% of those teaching law do not understand for they are mixing jurisdictions which is known as legal lunacy and, by the way, if one goes into those foreign federal courts to do business and take a benefit to being a U.S. citizen, then claims that they have constitutionally-protected rights, this is when that judge will throw them in jail for “contempt of court” because they have contracted to that system by their conduct, then cause a dishonor in that court by claiming a different political system.

Those who mix jurisdictions and fall under the “Legal Lunatics” classification, they are then treated as incompetents and wards of the state (i.e. a “client”) and that judge will encourage them to get an attorney (one of their agents which, if you accept use of an attorney to represent you, you have taken a benefit in that system and now are subject to it’s insular law).

It is vital that people stop wasting time watching the news and just learn.

I have no desire to shoot anyone, or blow up buildings, including actors as police officers, etc.
I am not a “Sovereign Citizen” for the United States Supreme Court has opined or through it’s dicta, it recognizes the People as “Sovereign People” and I can prove this with several landmark prior U.S. Supreme Court decisions adjudicated in original jurisdiction–not exclusive jurisdiction.

Everyone has the right to self determine their political will.
The People can decide whether they wish to operate as a private living man/woman or as a trustee to a legal fiction “U.S. citizen” corporate person.
Nobody can force anyone by threat, duress or coercion or even by fraudulent design to act in the capacity as a U.S. citizen for even under their foreign, private insular federal jurisdiction, they cannot make people slaves. In contract law, the moment any force or fraud is used to compel us to enter into a contract, that perceived contract is null and void, at the beginning, as unenforceable.

Again, you must learn how this works prior to ever testing.
