Living in the Land Down Under...

From the land down under comes two “Living Big in a Tiny House” videos showing different styles of small living.

Each dwelling was created specifically for the individual who lives there, and are great examples of what can be done in a small space without compromising comfort and convenience. While the location is in Australia, the style of living and unique designs cross all borders.
 
The first video is of a young lady who has created an airy two level living space she enjoys calling her own.

The second video presents a different take on a small living space by keeping everything on a single level. It was designed for an aging parent where comfort and safety are paramount. The daily visits by the rabbits and ‘roos (kangaroos) are just a natural part of the scenery.

An interesting note about each of these ‘tiny houses’ is the land was already owned by family members who had placed their own houses on the property. This also meant the utilities were already in place, and were an easy matter to extend to the new ’tiny house’. This resulted in a significant cost savings on each of these projects.
