When 43% Of American’s Can’t Pay For Food/Rent You Must Ask, Have We Hit The Economic Crisis?

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

By Lisa Haven

When around 50 million households or 43% of Americans can’t afford a basic monthly budget for housing, food, transportation, health care and daily living, then one must ask themselves, “Have we hit the economic crisis that has been looming for years?”

In the video below I delve into newly released information from the United Way that proves things are a bit worse then we thought.

All that and more below…

“Most  obviously,  the  extent  of  hardship  –  with  40  percent  of  households  earning  below  the  ALICE  Threshold  –  means  that  millions  of  families  are  being  forced  to  make  difficult  choices  and  risky  trade-offs  on  a  day-to-day  basis.” United Way ALICE: Thee consequences of Insufficient Household Income. Low wages high cost of living, and you retarde right wing fascist cunts still keep defending the rich.. Do not force the rich to pay more in taxes or give us higher wages

Then why in the fuck do you act surprised that there are more and more homeless people and that the suicide rates are going up?

      • Anonymous

Good point, Picard. Thumbs up.

The top 1 % pay almost 50% of all Federal income taxes.
How many people are poor because of bad life decisions?
How many people can’t make rent because they spend their money on alcohol, cigarettes or drugs?
I am all for helping people who can’t make it own their own due to physical, or mental disabilities, but get real. There is so much welfare fraud it makes it hard to take care of those who actually deserve it.

You stupid liberal hack! The largest groups of homeless are WHERE the RICH pay the HIGHEST TAXES under liberal leadership. You’re an absolute dumbass if you think government theft of earned money helps ANYTHING. Go read a fucking book and study some history before you spout off and look like a fool again.

      • NetRanger

We only act surprised when people like you are too dumb to remember that the largest groups of homeless people are in areas when liberal leaderships has raised taxes for the rich in the name of making them “pay their fair share” and in the process wrecking the local economy. Taxes hurt people. They make government mroe powerful. They feed corruption. What part of high taxes is a good thing? None. Theft is theft whether by violence or coercion. YOU are part of the problem.

Harder question, what are they doing with the homeless?

    • sittinguy

show me a hungry child, and I will show you a parent abusing their benifits. They get free breakfast and lunch at school, and they get money to pay for food. Lazy turds don’t want to make a ham sandwich and buy some fruit for the kids.
Show me where the money is going?

Price of living goes up 6% and millionaire bosses give their minimum wage employees a 2 % wage increase. Is that fucking fair???
