Irapuato, Guanajuato: 5 Dead in "La Parranda" Bar Shootout (Video)

In the place five people died and one more was taken to the General Hospital of Irapuato, where they  are  reported in serious condition. According to witnesses, the attackers fled in a white van.

Five people – three women and two men – were killed when they were inside a bar near the Federal Courthouse in this city, on Tuesday night.

This happened at the bar and snack center “La Parranda”, which is located on Avenida Prolongación Guerrero, at around 10:30 on Tuesday night. VIDEO next page.

              
Two men dressed in hoods and balaclavas got out of a vehicle that approached the bar, armed with AK47 rifles, and entered the establishment.

They walked directly to a table where a group of men and women were chatting,  whom they shot, and then the gunmen escaped.

Initially it was reported that three people had died and that there were three more wounded, but this morning it was specified that two of the victims who had been injured died in the General Hospital.

A first version refers that among the wounds there are two waitresses, one of whom died, who were hit by the shots.

An operation of joint forces was carried out to tour the surroundings of the bar, but it has not been reported if those responsible were arrested.

The attack was committed with long weapons .762 or AK 47s , ie “goat horns”, according to the experts.

The Secretary of Municipal Security indicated that the bar has security personnel, although the intervention by them is not known.
