A narcomanta with a message attributed to the Jalisco Cartel, Nueva Generación, was placed this evening in the center of Valles, at approximately 7:00 pm after a series of events led by hired assassins.

There was a kidnapping of a businessman that took place on Sunday night at El Acueducto Restaurant, which ended in a shootout that left one dead and three injured.

In the narcomanta placed on the afternoon of this June 25 in the center of Valles in CJNG announces the alleged arrival of CJNG in the plaza, according to the message. They are at war with Los Zetas, who are pointed out as responsible for extortion, kidnappings, robberies and uprisings in the Huasteca region.

They claim that their beef is not against citizens but against criminals and refers to current officials of the Coxcatlán administration among that group.

With much respect to the citizenry we want you to know that the problem is not against you. We’re here to support you and the merchants against the thieves and kidnappers. Like Los Zetas Osiris, Sony, and Bulos. We know that you launder Gacelas’s money.

And that you also laundered campaign money when you sponsored the Presidenta Municipal for Coxcatlan. You also hide in the city and feel protected by CDG which is being commanded by Nicolas Rodriguez Munoz. He controls the sales and distribution of drugs in La Antigua bar.
