Killers Indicted by their Behavior

Please read the following: http://www.mediaite.com/tv/bill-oreilly-calls-bull-on-geraldo-riveras-claim-casey-anthony-was-a-good-mother/#comment-261531528.  If Casey Anthony didn’t kill her child, then why isn’t she so determined on looking for the killer—just like OJ who is still looking for his wife’s killer?  At least OJ said he was going to spend the rest of his life looking for his wife’s killer.  There isn’t a peep out of Casey saying that she will spend the rest of her life looking for her daughter’s killer.  Of course, all OJ and Casey need to do is to look in a mirror and voila!  They will see the reflection of the killer of their loved ones.

Not searching for the killer is prima facie evidence that they know that the killer is not running free out there, for they have met the killer, and the killer is OJ and Casey, respectively!  That, in and of itself, is sufficient circumstantial evidence that they are declared “not guilty” people who actually got away with murder.  What amazes me is that they can block the crime from their memory so well that it does not bother them in their most private moments.  I could not live with that memory on my conscience.

Someone responded with the following: “Casey claimed through her attorney that Caylee drowned accidently, so according to her and JB, there is no killer.  I get that Casey was relieved to have Caylee out of the way.  The sheer horror of her child’s body in that swamp didn’t bother her, apparently.”

My response follows:

That’s just hearsay evidence.  Where are the hard facts that she had drowned?  Not a shred of evidence was presented in the trial that indicated drowning.  There was no DNA.  There was no evidence stated in the autopsy report that she had drowned.  No photographs of the drowning.  No video of the drowning.  Nothing.  Just because the alleged killer said that Caylee drowned accidentally does not mean that is the truth.  With Casey’s history and track record for lying, how can anyone believe her that Caylee had accidentally drowned?  Caylee did not drown.  Nobody who accidentally drowns ends with duct tape across her face, nose, and mouth.  There was a preponderance of circumstantial evidence that Casey was the murderer.  A different jury with the same facts could come up with the opposite verdict.
