I watched this whole video, with an engineer’s eye, and of course my previous military experience.
Although the premise is interesting, and there is no doubt the criminal cartels called “gov’ts” want something like this, I did NOT see ANYTHING whatsoever in this presentation to support the narrative, other then the authors descriptions/opinions.
Given that this video was posted by a treasonous kunt, Nicole Moregas, that alone is a strong indicator this is complete bull.
The lack of any specific evidence, documents, technical materials or videos, is also another tell that this is bull.
Again, I am sure ALL criminal cartels (gov’ts) are working on something like this, there is no indication it has been achieved to anywhere near the level described in this narrative.
