Our State of DisUnion: Civil War in 7 Weeks?

The “land of the free and the home of the brave” has changed since bad banking policies brought us a crash in 2008 but government leaders were in bed with them and couldn’t let them suffer the loss–so they bailed out the banksters as they mortgaged our future by printing money with plans for our kids to pay the tab.

Near a financial meltdown, the government has made things worse. Unemployment, debt and gas prices are high, wages and morale are low. The future looks bleak while Washington lives luxuriously and corruption is flagrant. The president signs executive orders each week that take away our liberties. We seem to be a nation of sheep; “let none dare call it treason.” How much longer will we tolerate it?

History suggests that people usually revolt in a situation like this because the likelihood of government reform has already been turned down and the elite (shadow government) is looking forward the New World Order that they have been seeking through the United Nations. .

The question is, will it be peaceful or violent. The peaceful process is usually tried first–no one wants war, but reforms have already been rejected and most Americans know the government is corrupt. We should expect a sizeable segment of society to maintain their gun rights and fight if or when a gun-grab develops.

There will probably be three groups in the coming split of America.

1. Those who favor a New World Order, or at least are not opposed to it.

2. Those who are opposed to the changes that are coming and who will fight to defend their Constitutional rights. A good example of this group would be National Rifle Association members and millions of Christian patriots who believe God gave this country to them and it’s their duty to defend it.

3. There will be many who oppose what’s coming, but they won’t insist on gun rights or shoot anyone.

“Patriotic” group 2 would label group 3 as cowards and undeserving of America’s freedoms that pioneers fought for, but some in group 3 see deeper issues that aren’t solved by winning a shoot-out.

1. This is not our land; it’s God’s land. He is the source of all and we are moving toward the biblical jubilee when land returns to its original Owner.

2. Even if patriots could win the impending civil war, it would not result in a majority who would vote the way they want elections to go. Obama has signed an executive order to nationalize elections and future democratic voters will have a majority of those who want government “benefits.” .

3. The largest issue is an understanding of end-time events. God covenanted with Abraham to provide land for his descendents. Paul wrote, “If you are Christ’s, you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise,” Galatians 3:29. In the end-time, when New World Order will involve false worship and a promise of the plagues on those who go along to get along, God will defend His covenant-keeping people as He did in Israel’s day, Exodus 34:10,11.

Some see a “false flag event” that the government creates to justify martial law. This would fit the biblical warning of “sudden destruction…when they shall say ‘Peace and safety,’ 1Thess 5:3. Peace and safety is the claim of those who favor the UN gun-grab agenda,

Christ’s clues in Matthew 24,25 support a time of judgment that historically occurred at Passover when God’s people were to pray that judgment not fall on them but pass over them The disciples weren’t stupid as it seems to us by hindsight. They were probably thinking of Passover when Christ read their minds and said, You don’t know the day or hour.

The Greek word eido, means to be aware, consider, perceive, understand. Christ was sayiing, You don’t understand, and each time He said it, He gave an example that fit a provision in their law [Numbers 9:10,11] for Passover a month later, “as in the days of Noah” when the Flood came with Passover timing, but in the 2nd spring month. Genesis 7:4,11.

After five women missed the wedding, Christ again said to watch [Greek word means to be awake, and Passover was the only time it was required for everyone, but Christ’s transition, “for the kingdom of heaven is like a man traveling to a far country” is again a clue for Passove rin the 2nd spring month as seen in Num 9:10,11.

This points to May 24/25 as when things are as likely as anytime to happen and when “watching” (being awake, meditating on Christ’s trial and beating for us that night, praying,) may be protective as suggested by Christ in Rev 3:3–”If you don’t watch, I will come on you as a thief.” Why not make May 24/25 a spiritual pursuit?
