Coloring The War Game

Sometimes, you can’t always have a weekend where work haunts you to the point of just wanting to lock yourself in a room. The problem with that is your computer is in your room and the headlines wherever you read are talking about something that has been consuming you in conversations all day.

Of course, I am talking about the strange light that was seen over Los Angeles.

The most impressive thing about this strange light in the sky was that it was seen all over the western United States. It was seen over Arizona, Utah, Nevada and it was also seen as far south as Mexico.

It was recorded on cell phones, it was posted on Instagram, Tweeted, You Tubed; all with various explanations and so-called expert analysis.

This single event caused more buzz on social media than I have ever witnessed and while the buzz was that it was a UFO or something from outer space, the truth is far more frightening and I will attempt to explain why.

Just a day earlier, there was a Notice to Airmen or a NOTAM that was issued, warning there would be some restricted activity going on in the Pacific. In fact, the Navy Special Operations had notified the FAA to issue flight restrictions for the Los Angeles International Airport, denying aircraft access to one of the most frequent approach paths for international and domestic travel.

Airplanes normally fly over the ocean when arriving and departing the coastal Los Angeles International Airport during the night to avoid disturbing nearby residents, airport officials said in a statement.

But the FAA had indicated that military airspace over that patch of ocean was activated and commercial flights restricted beginning the night of November 7th and continuing through November 12th. This has not officially been called a No Fly Zone, but what else would it be?

After the light was seen in the sky, there were reports from alleged eyewitnesses that it exploded somewhere over Bombay Beach, just a few miles from the remote wastelands of the Salton Sea.

After the media was left baffled and no military agency confirmed a test, the Navy finally gave the explanation that it was a “routine” test of a trident missile. The media then reported that the unarmed missile was fired from the USS Kentucky Navy submarine.

What was particularly odd was how the media accepted the explanation that the No Fly Zone and the firing of the Trident missile was just routine. After all, a Trident missile is usually loaded with a thermonuclear warhead.

The media even failed to question whether or not the warhead was loaded. Later, the Navy volunteered the information that the missile was not armed and there was no danger to the public.

The U.S. military’s nuclear weapons strategy rests on a triad of delivery systems — bombers, submarines and land-based missiles — developed early in the Cold War to deliver warheads anywhere in the world.

The Pentagon recently embarked on a $355-billion program for modernizing each aging leg of the U.S. nuclear triad over the next decade.

Now you may wonder what the truth is about this test and how the military is coloring this war game and what it may mean for our future.

On September 25th, 2015 The Congressional Research Service presented a 117 page memo entitled “China Naval Modernization: Implications for U.S. Navy Capabilities—Background and Issues for Congress written by Ronald O’Rourke a Specialist in Naval Affairs.

In the introduction of this memo we read the following:

“This report provides background information and issues for Congress on China’s naval modernization effort and its implications for U.S. Navy capabilities. The question of how the United States should respond to China’s military modernization effort, including its naval modernization effort, is a key issue in U.S. defense planning and budgeting. Many U.S. military programs for countering improving Chinese military forces (particularly its naval forces) fall within the U.S. Navy’s budget. The issue for Congress is how the U.S. Navy should respond to China’s military modernization effort, particularly its naval modernization effort. Decisions that Congress reaches on this issue could affect U.S. Navy capabilities and funding requirements and the U.S. defense industrial base.”

Furthermore the memo reports:

“China’s naval modernization effort encompasses a broad array of platform and weapon acquisition programs, including anti-ship ballistic missiles (ASBMs), anti-ship cruise missiles (ASCMs), submarines, surface ships, aircraft, and supporting C4ISR (command and control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) systems.

China is fielding an ASBM, referred to as the DF-21D, that is a theater-range ballistic missile equipped with a maneuverable reentry vehicle (MaRV) designed to hit moving ships at sea. DOD states that China continues to field an ASBM based on a variant of the CSS-5 (DF-21) MRBM that it began deploying in 2010. This missile provides the PLA the capability to attack aircraft carriers in the western Pacific. The CSS-5 Mod 5 has a range exceeding 1,500 km [about 810 nm] and is armed with a maneuverable warhead.”

The memo also cites a July 22, 2011, press report states that “China’s military is developing electromagnetic pulse weapons that Beijing plans to use against U.S. aircraft carriers in any future conflict over Taiwan, according to an intelligence report made public on Thursday July 21 2011…. The report, produced in 2005 and once labeled ‘secret,’ stated that Chinese military writings have discussed building low yield EMP warheads, but ‘it is not known whether the Chinese have actually done so.

This passage explains another war game that has been colored as routine, which is happening in Olympic National Forest off the Northwest Coast, just south of Port Angeles, Washington.

Since the memo’s release, The US Navy will now permanently use and periodically close large swathes of the Olympic National Forest, along with airspace over it and the Olympic National Park as well as the Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary, for electromagnetic warfare testing and training.

Their stated goal is to turn the western portion of the Olympic Peninsula and surrounding waters into an Electromagnetic Warfare Range. This means electronic warfare will be will be happening near homes, public lands and waters.

Fish, birds, animals and humans may be exposed to heavy electromagnetic fields, minor EMP tests, and experimental laser and exotic weapons tests.

There is expected to be sonar and microwave tests along with sonar and explosive activity along the Olympic Peninsula.

The Navy proposes to rotate three mobile electromagnetic radiation emitters among 14 sites in the Olympic National Forest, and to build one large fixed emitter at Pacific Beach.

These emitters will simulate an unidentified enemy by sending a variety of signals to be detected by trios of Growler jets, who will detect the signals and fire a “simulated harm shoot” from a directed energy weapon at each one. The Navy has not told the public about what level or type of directed energy constitutes a “simulated harm shoot,” or about the intensity or impacts of using an “Active Electronic Scanning Array” (AESA) to detect these emitter signals over populated areas, or about how such directed energy systems can differentiate between a person with a cell phone or VHF radio and an emitter. Most emitter sites are right at the boundaries of the Olympic National Park or overlooking State, Tribal and private lands.

You may remember that last September, Chinese warships were spotted operating near the coast of Alaska. This was not some cooked up story by conspiracy theorists. This was leaked and was later reported by the mainstream news.

In response to that territorial provocation, the U.S. Navy sent the USS Lassen Destroyer to within 12 nautical miles of China’s newly-constructed military bases in the Spratly Islands. China’s Communist government openly condemned the act as a provocation of war.

China claims most of the South China Sea as its own.

On Oct 9th 2015, China’s Foreign Ministry warned that Beijing would “never allow any country to violate China’s territorial waters and airspace in the Spratly Islands, in the name of protecting freedom of navigation and over flight.”

Need we also remind you that last August, we presented a show with Elana Freeland about the massive Tianjin explosion. The Ground Zero article, “Kinetic Retaliation” was published in issue #61 of Paranoia Magazine and explains that due to the financial warring between the United States and China, there appeared to be a clandestine retaliatory operations being carried out.

Two colossal explosions in the port of Tianjin, northern China, killed more than a hundred people and left hundreds more injured and devastated large areas of the city.

The explosions took place at a warehouse at the port which contained hazardous and flammable chemicals, including calcium carbide, sodium cyanide, potassium nitrate, ammonium nitrate and sodium nitrate.

It was rumored to be caused by kinetic strikes from orbital platform weapons operated by the United States.

It was also reported that the real target of the attack was the National Supercomputing Center in Tianjin, not far from the warehouse. The center housed the Tianhe-1A supercomputer that some say is being used for cyber attacks against the United States.

It was then rumored that China retaliated by covertly destroying a U.S. weapons depot in Tokyo. The attack was blamed on Japanese militants.

Then there were two additional industrial explosions in China following the attack in Tokyo.

Could it be that the Trident test and the No Fly Zone is one more indication of a covert war with China and the entire exercise is a warning?

War has not been declared between the nations but memos before Congress, nuclear missile tests and electromagnetic energy weapons are being prepared and tested by the military.

According to the Congressional Research Service, China is ready to strike the USA with nuclear warheads or high altitude EMP weapons that would destroy the U.S. power grid and cause 90% casualties across the entire country.

As you can probably already tell, there is nothing routine about what is happening.

If you put the pieces of the puzzle together, it appears there are preparations being had for the possibility of a preemptive strike by China or perhaps even the United States.

Now keep in mind that it only appears this is happening – only because of correlating circumstances and as we have said, correlation does not imply causation.

However, it is important to be vigilant and prepared for any scenario.
