any national  news report of this case was well buried to back pages, considering the importance, and was actually overshadowed at the time by Wikkileaks and Assange who was taking centre stage in the news.

The Law as invented by the Elites (root= of the gods) and as authors of the Law, become *the authorities* rooted in Canon/Church Law and is a practice of

The Law actually being administered in the western world (and much mirrored) is Maritime Law (not god’s law) and stems back to the days of sea-faring captains and their spoils brought back to their country of origin. Once you examine the english language and terms used, you will see the glaring obviousness of it all. The vessel was always referred to as *she* by the captain, a vessel delivering it’s load, coming into dock with it’s load. Dock is a word used within the courts, the BAR (british accreditation registry) stands for the club to which all lawyers/judges and legal representatives belong to. When you look at the make-up of the court where you have the judge seated at one end within a *gate* and railings, the physical *bar* past times used to describe part of a ship, you begin to see that everything about a court refers back to *maritime law* to do with cargo,money,transportation of goods,contracts & corporations.

 In the vein of contracts and corporations, when a ship came into port it docked in a berth, hence we arrived at the *birth* certificate which in effect reduced the population, by registration, to a corporation JOHN SMITH birth/berth certificate, a corporation, used by rulers as another item of inventory, however this in turn can be used as a defence, JOHN SMITH, the Corporation, does not represent John Smith private citizen and actual person.

So what we have here is, once *joe* opens the *bar* (gate)  and walks through to the other side he has consented to being judged under *maritime law*  a club he doesn’t belong to and therefore has no rights to speak directly to the judge and needs legal representation by a member of *the bar*  This can be circumvented by refusing to recognise/accept *the bar* or the law being enforced…..
Q. by whose authority? as  to treating you as a corporation, and thereby you can defend yourself under your rights as a private citizen who is not subject to maritime law. There are also other challenges,cases are brought to court under the authority of, the queen versus *joe*  Her authority can also be challenged with a different argument involving the contract She signed upon coronation, ref; John Hill.

the authority of the Queen with regard to the Contract she signed at her coronation to uphold God’s Law, which she has broken thousands of times during her reign,
also by challenging JAH the corporation, JAH the private person and entitement to trial by jury of his peers.

Another interesting point, most MP’s in the UK form Close Corporations, as in say, Tony Blair Ltd. thereby limiting liability and taxes. In a close corporation you can pay dividends to whoever you choose, who will then pay either little or no tax, to be explored in another article, good for them, good for *joe* too?

In America you have *the constitution* which american citizens must practice, in the UK we have God’s Law which is open to every private citizen to utilise,so if the authorities are coming to re-possess your home or take your valuables for *debt* you can request a trial by jury so that you can be judged by your peers, not by the servants of the elites.

How many people in the UK would question which law is being administered?
Not many,which american would, answer not many, and this is entirely through ignorance,lack of education being kept in *the dark* about the law being administered secretly by the elites, so shine the light, become educated, evil flourishes and grows in dark corners, shine the light.

So when the court officials are knocking at your door for repossession of your home, or when you are intimidated by legal action by some big corporation, gain your right to trial by jury (of your peers) pack the court out with supporters to bear witness, inform the local media and fairness will be insured against these agents of the elites.
