Report: Russian Sub Attacks & Destroys a US Submarine in US Waters - Is It Fake News? - Video

This report is NOT yet confirmed. At this time, all we have is an unconfirmed report that alleges that this happened from an Israeli military/intelligence related website called Debka. If you can confirm the information here, please share a link in the comments below. We don’t have any proof yet – so don’t rush to judgement.
Both countries are hushed about all of the details – including the location of the damaged Russian Sub, and whether or not any fire-fight took place between the US and Russia. The original artiucle from Debka says that this took place off the coast of Alaska – an American ship was “scuttled” (which means it was sunk or destroyed).
This seems to be a different event from the reports of Russia’s Submarine fire which killed several mariners – though it is possible that they are related. The American ship /sub had moved to intercept the Russian Submarine and escort the vessel – when it opened fire on the US ship. Could this be a mistake – a slip up? Perhaps if it is, we may see nothing more about this story and no further escalation. I think that is the best case scenario. Right now there is no official admission of ANY of this – and the US Navy claims that all assets are accounted for. Developing…

The mystery of the ultra-secret Russian “Losharik” submarine disaster

At least 14 Russian naval officers and sailors died in a fire on a top-secret Russian AS-12 deep-water submarine on Monday, July 1. Some had been awarded the highest military honor of “Hero of the Russian Federation.” But when on Wednesday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was asked for details about the disaster, he declined, saying that information about the vessel would not be released because it “is classified” as a state secret for protecting the country’s national security.
Regarding the crew, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu disclosed only that they were “unique military specialists, highly qualified professionals, performing important research on the Earth’s hydrosphere.
Neither cited the vessel’s name. However, DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources have learned that the AS-12’s work was so secret that officials only mentioned its nickname: “Losharik,” which has a double connotation. In the 70s, Russian TV ran an animation series built around a horse made up of small balls known as Losharik. The stricken submarine was also made of interlinked titanium balls.
But the most secret department of the Russian Defense Ministry whose functions are known to very few insiders is also referred to as “Losharik.”. The nickname therefore pointed to the submarine’s highly classified missions.
One premise is that the vessel was engaged either in testing a new Russian secret underwater weapon or in a covert operation against a top-secret American object of some kind. Its exact location when the fire broke out and its cause – whether an explosion or an attack – remain hidden. This information may not come to light for years to come. But just as intriguing is the fact that, on Tuesday, June 2, when the Russian leadership met urgently in the Kremlin in connection with the submarine disaster, top officials were also called to the White House for an emergency consultation.

……don’t you mean “sank”? Scuttling occurs when a ships crew purposefully sinks their own ship to avoid capture by a hostile force. If this were truly a fire aboard a Russian sub and only that, emergency security meetings would not now be in progress on three different continents.
I am not much of a believer in coincidences. Sure was a busy day. But busy with what? I doubt if we ever learn.

There is an article from a year and a half ago in “The Berant Observer” a publication out of Norway. It disusses the large upscaled submarine force of Russia, the targeting of transatlantic internet cables and whole Russian under ice (slush) ocean spy type monitoring in the Arctic.
Nothing in todays news. Russia is keeping all other than briefed information about their sub fire claiming 14 lives top secret. Yes something is going on . As well as in the Chesapeake Bay.
I cant find any information on this!!! If true this is real bad.
Zero chance of leak if two subs had a battle nobody would know except the highest levels of gov. If they are deep underwater they are silent!
The problem I have with this story is the Russians are saying the Sub is in Barents Sea, pretty much north of Finland in the Murmansk area at Severomorsk. The Bering Sea between Russia and Alaska. Go to Google Earth and look at the shortest possible great circle distance – even allowing for some of these crazy claims of “territorial waters” it’s thousands of miles away (which would be necessary if any vessel was actually escorted out of territorial waters into international waters) I’ll agree Russia’s constant claims of “territorial waters” might mean those crazy claims where everybody tries to claim waters up to the North Pole but that still doesn’t account for this & it wouldn’t include any valid claim to escort somebody out of territorial waters. This story is a mess. (not the video here I mean the whole story & all it’s variations on the internet)

Officially, Russia is reporting a fire on one of their subs, killing 14 crew members. I agree that more must have happened. Especially when Emergency meetings among the governments on three different continents were held simultaneously. Is the U.S. standing down to avoid nuclear war ? Or are we on the precipice ? Mike Pence’s plane never took off. He never left Washington. I think the Russain Sub was tapping into US underwater cables to spy on the US and got caught. The Russian sub attacked when got caught just like they did when they attacked the Fitsgerald destroyer but this time it didn’t work out very well.
Alaska is part of the United States Of America so Russia has no business there !

That sub is either carrying a nuclear bomb or electromagnetic pulse ( EMP). Russia is gonna set that off on one of the coasts and either do a knockout to the grid or try to do a complete annihilation to the American people. Ok if you scuttle a ship then ur more or less just dumping it , this Russian sub also holds a smaller submersible under it , yes it has in the past been seen or caught messing with cables in the past but , I think you’d of known by now submariners families would of took to social media by now I’m sure or something would of come out , at worst it’s just diss info against USA over the latest tensions in the Middle East , relax but these videos don’t help and Hal who started this should of backed it up a bit more , cobra did not meet today and I can tell you that %100 !
