With these 39 detainees, and the 48 presented on Friday, a total of 87 people and police have been turned to the to the public prosecutor after the murder of Jose Eduardo, who was executed on a rural road in the border city of Acuña on October 3. Del Rio, TX is located on the American side of the border.
On Friday, the state attorney Homero Ramos, said there is evidence that some municipal police “randomly participated” in the events, so research is being performed.
