The Human Hero

Who are the figures that emerge from engravings, oil paintings, charcoal sketches, and sculpted stone images? Who are the Human forms with clean foreheads, imposing faces and arrogant eyes, fearlessly facing life and death, while directing and concentrating their minds and hearts to achieve the ultimate human ideal of FREEDOM?

They are images of heroes. The blood of their race has flowed for centuries in their veins, silently carrying the values ​​that nurtured them and watered their thirsty flesh, carrying the phyle to the land they worshiped, the land that birthed them, the land of their fathers, which they named Homeland. The land which became milk and bread, which became body and blood, and which with their blood watered and nourished the soil in turn, every time the enemy’s knife tore the virile breasts of her children.

An Eternal and immortal bond, simultaneously horrific and divine.

The sprouts in the soil, the water and the fire unite harmoniously to sculpt the body and the eternal cosmic power sows in mystically and slowly the divine flame, the soul and the mind. The foot stands firmly on the ground, however stature is elevated reaching the free view of the mind, coming face – to – face, with reverence and respect, with the Supreme Power, the Godly,

This bond of life and death, the bond of God with man, even if in their philosophical conception presupposes the reading of the difficult and demanding paths of knowledge, are mystically revealed in every creature in this world and are experienced intuitively by every free soul, which manages to overcome its bond with the soil and ascend to the realm of the spirit.

While the earth shapes the perishable earthly body, which becomes a bondage of fear and need and becomes prey and spoils to every force that will prevail over it, the soul and the mind receive the energy of God and shape the wise and the human hero.

The human hero, a child of the earth and of necessity in his first steps, is woven gradually and unconsciously and emerges, as a rule, from within emergencies, when hostile or deceitful forces violently invade his world and try to overthrow him, destroying all those things that created and developed him, and when the same violent forces incorporate horror into their action and sexually violate relentlessly crushing the human body. The weak people are crushed and either retreat, capitulate, surrender to their rapist, or die, but the strong rise from the ranks to prominence, survive and resist,

There, among the strong, the hero is born, the majestic human being, who breaks the bonds that bind with fear and need, elevates stature, raises the mind which sees the light of freedom. Light becomes vision, it becomes the goal, it becomes power, it becomes action. The hand becomes a weapon and a sword, the body becomes an unshakable tower and the light shines on the hero’s iron breasts. Nothing stands in front of him anymore. His world must be built from the beginning, and the enemy, who desecrated his father’s land, who despised his children, who insulted his God, will not be able to stand against him.

The hero is neither born for himself, nor realizes that he is a hero, born to save his world, to save the land that raised him and etched on his blood the mark of his generation, to save its children, with whom he shared communion with the divine body and blood, to save his spirit, which carved in his soul the virtue and faith in human values. The hero intuitively knows that only a free man becomes a man in “the image and likeness of”, and, without his knowledge performs his sacred mission, the recovery of freedom.

The hour of heroes has arrived again. The cosmic enemy has spread its’ dark net over all the cosmos, threatening Armageddon and total destruction of all that the human body, mind and spirit has built on earth.

The weak are fallen.

The future is entrusted to the strong, the heroes.
